savvy the best car class mini not all the best…ur can look at you tube test by top gear..i buy secondhnd my lovely savvy until now no big problem,always lenjan.fuel saver rm 50 for 500 km kl-kelantan..but savvy gear AMT is tooo bad..whatever renault engine better the camPRO..

Why lots of u dont like a car that contain more of ur own country design n parts??
Myvi is more just a Dahatsu’s Sirion. A duplication.
Do u think Japanese engine better than Renault engine( German/French)
Do u all know Nissan Japan choose Renault as Partner??

i believe proton have do a good job by replacing tiara to savvy atleast it more good looking…good quality… last time tiara do create alot of major problem..exps the spare tyre which it located underneath the car..my god!!..how u expect a person to change a tyre if they can reach the underneath….

for performance..i test drive it before..the accelaration is good pick up fast..smooth driving reach 80 and renault engine n gear box..mmm boleh tahan la..econo fuel consumption.. ..power steering and window, folded seat..16″ tyre..for more comfort.. metalic colour..hard shell..single cd player..(wan airbag..yeah u can add it)..for safety prupose…, ,
although all those year we have many problem but i think they have done the best to improve it..what u expect..local manufacture ..local car for local people with local price…local spare parts..local engine..yeah malaysia still improving..give them time…i consider this car is worth for it price. i think is the best among proton car..
for me, for convience i think it ok..36K 1.2 cc..2 yrs waranty, boleh lahh..

if compare with other car,,of course it is not the best ..laaaaaaaa

Hai….kiter ni baru bercadang nak tukar Sporty Iswara Special Edition (kaler grey jer tu) ke Proton Savvy.So,sebelum kiter bertukar keta,saya rasa elok tgk komen negatif & positif ttg Savvy.Knp saya tak berminat dengan Myvi?Sebab hari tu saya htr keta I tu servis,so terdengar lah 2 org pengguna cina yang menggunakan keta Myvi…ermm dua-dua pakai Myvi,sorang kaler grey sorang lagi kaler merah.Diorang kata banyak probs dalam keta Myvi.Then hari raya yang baru lepas ni,saya berpeluang tengok keta Savvy orang pakai.Kawan-kawan saya bagitau, diorang lebih suka tengok Savvy dari Myvi.Savvy nampak lebih ada ‘klas’ dari Myvi.Savvy nampak lebih tough dari Myvi.
Bagaimana pulak dengan Kelisa?Sebab kawan saya baru-baru ni beria-ia sangat nak beli Myvi…Tetiba jadi Kelisa.Bila tanya,kenapa tak Myvi?Alasannya; Kelisa senang cari parking.Ermmm…Yer ker?!Tapi sebelum tu, dia buat lah perbandingan antara Savvy dengan Myvi dengan test Drive kat Proton Edar….So saya pun tompang sama…nak rasa Savvy ni cam mana….Nice juga cuma roof dier rendah sangat sebab bila sampai kat bumper,kepala terhantuk.Lagi satu persoalan besar ni,…kenapa gear reverse dalam Savvy ke depan (macam masuk gear 1 pulak)?Yang tak biasa memang hancur lah depan keta tu….
Pening kepala ni nak buat pilihan…nak beli keta import mahal giler…Ada yang murah sikit pun kecik sangat.

Actually i have a new cars (savvy), but i used on 1month,
my cars have a something like a gearbox, front suspension,
power window an non power for the pickup, i dont know what happen…i send my cars at proton edar for the 1st servies, still same the problem..

so can u give the comment plss?…..

Memanglah kita kena beri sokongan pada kereta tempatan.Tapi hang tengoklah betapa teruknya design yang depa bubuh kat Savvy tu.Ape dah takder ker designer yg kreatif kat Proton.Dah tak mampu sangat ker nak berikan sebuah kereta yang mempunyai rekabentuk memuaskan.Kereta mainan kanak-kanak kat shopping kompleks pun lagi cantik dari Savvy.Memalukanlah.macam ni memang Proton takkan maju selagi tak reti belajar dari kesilapan.Beli kereta Myvi jauh lebih bagus.

Y that if anything is made in Malaysia people expect to be cheap. think its a wrong attitude if look down just bcoz of that. can accept if quality not good but if so so like many import goods not wise mah. our car particularly proton surely have plenty of problems n people there need to listen to more of comments out there n pull socks fast.people need to give positive comments n not damaging comments. have anybody compiled all comments and gave to proton and tell them thatthings we want? must give them n see what they have to say. we must not get too emotional bcoz someone else say different thing then us. if we think we are really good Y not win the auto makers heart n work with them. that’s surely better then pretending that we know all.people know what we talk me, got substance or not. so don’t accuse people of being stupid, u are just pointing ur fingers at u maa…

The proton cars and perodua cars are over priced.Since it is made in Malaysia,the vendors should think of the public and not their pockets too much. I sincerely hope that the price of the above cars should beas follows:
Kancil 660cc-RM 22,000 OTR,850cc-RM25,000
SAVVY 1,000cc-RM32,000 OTR
MYVI 1,000cc- RM33,000 OTR & 1.3cc-38,000OTR
We in EAST MALAYSIA pay more than you all in W.Malaysia due to MDC -Marketing & Distribution Costs i.e pay RM 3,000 more where as 1 TEU cost only RM1,100 and can fit two cars inside.So how do PROTON view MDC to determine the cost.???????

Actually I like the design of Savvy. I think it’s design is stylish..But boot space bit too small for 4 people going outstation.

TQ for telling about no key for the boot, so it can be a problem.

Thanks for alerting us about Renault and expensive Proton spare parts.

P2 at least have abs and airbags for all passengers on the premium model.All in all 51k ++ compared to 45k++ for savvy model, P2 still okay tho i don’t like being forced to get the skirting and the thing on top at the back ( i forgot what u call it) At least savvy is not ‘enhanced’.

alo bro am. ada buat survey dulu b4 bg komen ka? Myvi project ada collabration between toyota-daihatsu-perodua. all together they spend mony to develop boon/pisso/myvi. since P2 is the last launching the car btwn toyota-daihatsu, they already repair any bugs. so, I think there’s no copy-copy issue here. coz P2 also hv their on share in the development. plus Savvy is using Renault engine and gear box. u think using diff type engine and gearbox easi meh?

inspected the savvy today in New Giant Kelana Jaya. Overall built is above average, sporty and tough. But the car is too weird to me. The gear box is similar to the old Datsun 120Y Pulsar, Reverse replace the 1st gear. (This reminded me about the Tiara left-handed wiper switch) The chasis is small and handling is not comfortable. If you own this car you will have to worry about the expensive Made-by-Proton-Only parts. What can i say about this car? It is the little brother of Tiara, and boths will share the same fate. Ok guys i don’t want to let you down. I reserved my bad comments to this Savvy. If you are thinking to get this, better go for Myvi. That’s what can i say.

Say if you are a businessperson and you have complete monopoly over the cost of replacement parts of the equipment you sell. Will you price it higher or lower?
