vic, what's this about no engine no.??? I'm sure any hybrid car would have engine nos.

Anyway, for sure it will be th RM70k suggested by philip... retail price in other countries without considering the taxes is at least RM60k++ so add in the crazy taxes for the government to earn more money... equates to all of us hybrid cars lovers to suffer!!!

One of the reason Malaysia won't have any electric car soon'

Quote from somebody
*Fast and powerful cars runing on batteries are possible, to create the vroom, vroom sound also an easy option, the main problem is..... which combine all the brain of top scientist in the world with the most advanced technology today still can't solve one major deadly problem we are facing in Malaysia... which is "there is no engine number in the car, we can't allow it to register and run on the road"*

can anyone believe in Malaysia car policy???

Ha ha....

Paul, I've received an email from my friend regarding some rumours stating that the Toyota Prius will be brought into Malaysia soon and priced very competitively at the region of RM70k. Can you do a search and comment on this? Thanx
