Feeling that the top of the line 3 liter in-line 6 and the upcoming 3 liter turbocharged in-line 6 is inadequate, they&#8217;ve somehow managed to take the Formula 1 inspired 5.0 liter V10 engine from the E60 BMW M5 and stuffed it into the E90&#8217;s engine bay, lock, stock, transmission and barrel. Not feeling satisfied with the 504 horses that it already has, it performed some extra tweaking to it. Hartge&#8217;s engineers managed to extract 550bhp, about 46 horses extra from the standard engine. Maximum torque remains at 520 Nm. [...]</description>

Yeah, I read that one. The question is when? And if it&#039;s really happening, I do hope Proton negotiated for the latest technology. Not the 1st or 2nd generation. Too expensive? Get the parts quality right, I don&#039;t think the consumer will complain much about the price. </description>

		<description>BMW has always been trying to produce a fast diesel engine. If I&#039;m not mistaken, Ralf Schumacher was once caught speeding (220km/h+) by German traffic warden in his 530id and it&#039;s and Estate (wagon)! And he said BMW should pay him for the &quot;advertisement&quot;. 
 
Just when will we ever get to hear Campro diesel? </description>

The E90 330I N52 B30A engine was already one of the best 6 cylinder engines money can buy. This new N54 Bi-Turbo should be very interesting. </description>
