What will happen to them? Will the custom department go after them for the extra tax payable or will they go after the importer instead? And what happens when the guilty importer had closed shop? Can the car buyers turn the table around and say the custom department should be paying the extra tax payable simply because they failed in their job in the 1st place. Any lawyers around? I am more concerned about those innocent car buyers. What will happen to them? Will the custom department go after them for the extra tax payable or will they go after the importer instead?
