They have an interview with the VW Malaysia chief. From what he says, we may see a Polo priced under RM100k here. I have a feeling VWGM may bring in the Polo 5 door hatchback 1.4 TDI. As a reference, the Skoda Fabia 1.4 sells here for RM85k. The VW Polo 1.4TDI in the UK sells for almost the same as the Fabia 1.6 and coupled with the fact that import duties for diesel cars are less, there is a high chance you'll get a VW TDI for less than RM100k.
