BMW is using Kermit the Frog from The Muppet Show to promote it’s BMW 1-Series hatchback. It showcases Kermit driving the 1-Series around the desert having a whole load of fun showcasing the car’s agility and performance. Have a look at the video after the jump!

Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
Good and simple advertisement. Perhaps Proton could do something similar with the Satria Neo but using Barney instead.
Cool ad!
But the fact is, like Jeremy Clarkson's summary of his 1-series infamous review:
CRAP.
Nice handling by Kermit there… LOL… BMW did nicely in all its cars range…
hahaha.. very funny ads!!!
good work!
Track,
Not Barney but more like ALONG from the TV show
riiibbit riiitbbit… frog friendly BMW, won't get splat. hehehhe no more "mati katak".
hehehe nice ad that one, BMW!!
cool…way cool…
nice n cute .
Either this is a sign of BMW's desperation for selling a useless car … or thats really the car's targeted buyers in the first place: immature stupid kids who know balls about car design and has daddy's wallet to play with.

"Not Barney but more like ALONG from the TV show"
Please have a more broader view of the market as you are still just thinking of the local market only. ALONG is not recognize in other countries and certainly not appealing to kids elsewhere other than possibly Malaysia. Barney has a world recognition. Now, Proton want its car to be of international standards and increase its market in foreign countries like the UK and not just Malaysia alone. Therefore, using Barney would gain recognition immediately. Perhaps one day if ALONG manage to gain that reputation, he too might be useful but certainly not now.
It just funny, but why frog?
Anyhow the ads is short and brief. Unlike our big company, ads long, and meaningless, perhaps only showing how much money they could spend.
when bmw did something everyone says waahhh, good, fantastic..even using frog ppl will say like that..but if proton??surely kena kutuk kaw2…sigh..
Owh i LOVE Kermitty the Froggy. Still remember watching him on Sesame Street. One of the cutest muppets.
=P
No need barney la. We put Kluang Man in the car. Trully Malaysian :P
