Yeah, This is the CSL version definitely. The supercharger is not only for low end power. If used on a high horsepowers car, it can deliver good torque nearly anywhere in the torque band. A turbo would work well here too, but clearly this guy isn't looking for any lag at all.

i thought superchargers are only good for low end performance? reaching high end, it might be a lesser performa compared to the original M3 due power from crankshaft had been 'borrowed' to spin the supercharger's turbine?

From the looks of it its's a BMW M3 CSL. It develops 360 bhp instead of the normal 343. It's lighter than the normal M3, too, with carbon roof, no electric seats or side airbags, and extensive use of composites for other components.
