These are artist impressions of the upcoming 2007 Renault Laguna. Nissan’s large car platform is currently the FF-L platform. The new Renault Laguna will likely share this platform with the Nissan Altima/Nissan Primera. Rumours are that there will be both lift-back sedan and coupe versions, and even possible an estate version. Two more impressions after the jump!

My goodness, Renault sure has the guts to copy Alfa Romeo…

The two designs after the jump plainly sucked donkey's ****, whoever designed it must surely be some lousy designer…

In 4-door version, the design seemed like match made in heaven. While in 2-door mode, there's like something missing…it's only artist impressions anyway. Hope they at least change something for the 2-door version. Need to inject some more ooomph and make it kau-er.

Looking at design cues, these Reanault has some Austin Martin's DNA in it. :) Do you notice the headlamp is our MyVI design.

There is this company Kagoo that I use sometimes. It is really nice and fun car. Not too powerful, so have to plan a bit when driving. And, that is good as I actually put more attentuion into driving. Test drive a Kagoo, it is quite a revelation. By the way, I am NOT a Renault cars salesman !!

The models are in Renault trend but I saw better in others auto show room. The problem with Renault (despite F1 results) is funny: look like a fast car but is a sedated old family car. If you want some petrol in your veines at same price buy a Mazda RX8. At least you'll feel like driving! The rest, you can't complain: alot of electronic gadgets, very comfortable, but as I said, sedated.
