This is an ad spot in Germany, showing off the loading capacity of the Honda Jazz in a unique way – Tetris! I thought this was very clever. Video after the jump.

That's what we call effective advertisement, and not advertising something the intended product wasn't meant to be.

This ad is a rip off from an episode of the Simpsons where Homer had to fit his whole family plus the junk he bought from a garage sale by Rainier Wolfcastle (action movie star character who's a parody of Arnie)

wow a Russian song playing in Germany about a Japanese car. The good ol'days. Bet Stalin is still pissed off at being backstabbed by his pals.

Yes i know the Russian song is the tetris theme music.

  18. mystvearn says:

Correct. This ad is a rip-off Simpson. Where Homer tried to squeze the family in the car after that garage sale. Even the sound is the same.

Yeah somebody needs to be a bit creative and need a little bit of appreciation of intellectual rights. Although you wouldn't normally associate the Simpsons with anything intellectual
