let me start off the CKDs price tag, Santa Fe = RM70-85K , Tucson = RM55-65K agreed? wish that these price tags really materialised…

Hope this CKD is not another Naza Sorento with a lot problems. (Check Sorento Owners forum). Put the Tucson, Santa Fe and Kyron side by side, I'd prefer Kyron assuming they have about the same accessories and things.

Inokom rebadged Getz 1.4 for RM58,888 but I think it is not good enough. It should be around RM50k to kill of potong, and prevent P2 mivy from sucking people further.

New Santa Fe has been launched here in US 2 months ago and it looks much more nicer than the previous one. If it were to be launched in Malaysia and if it's going to be CKD with a competitive price tag, i think it is going to be a good sell…

By the way, the small SUV is called Tucson.

hmm.. tat santa fe had been on market for quite some time now, hope they can bring in the newer version, which looks way nicer compare this version of santa fe.. anyway, hyundai had just launch a new luxurious suv in Korea, they called it LUV, which i guess i think u all know wat the "L" stands for. the name of that suv is veracruz. hope paul can blog about tat soon. can't wait to hear more news about tat.

the higher the price difference the better, though I think hyundai should concentrate on providing a myvi killer

Hopefully the CKD SUVs provide a significant reduction in its selling price in the region of RM20k ~ RM30k. I have seen a 7 seater Hyundai SUV but unsure with model was it. Perhaps, Hyundai-Sime Darby Motor could consider that model as an added selling point.
