If you tune you car by kleemann... does the tuning consider legal? Since you're not suppose by law to kacau the engine and some other vital components. When its done to a P1 always kena kacau by police but when done on a Merz its call TUNING... Does it seems bias or simply lack of proper standard by the goverment to establish a clear rule so PROPER TUNING COMPANY can be establish and yet still be road legal like in japan. I wonder.
