Thanks to the 160 horsepower engine, the Seat Altea XL goes from 0 to 100km/h in 8.6 seconds on to a top speed of 210km/h. Fuel economy levels have been registered at 10.5 litres per 100km in city driving, 6.2 litres per 100km out of town and 7.7 litres per 100km combined for every 100 km.
