The black one.. slurp! It’s hot… much much better in terms of design, rims, color and more…alot better than that of the sedan’s. IMHO, both cars got no problems with the front design. But the rear, the sedan’s got a problem. Why Renault kinda try to imitate the Civic-like rear… I meant the older Civic… with the lights on top of the boot lid… It’s just wrong to me lol. Anyway, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I’d opt to appreciate the Wagon Laguna!

i agree with u.the price if it get into M’sia it will be very high price by Tan Chong.Same with that stupid Teana. But i go to the Nissan showroom , i did’t see any Teana. Where i can see it ?

Very french… Has that 407 type of stare from the front. But if it does to come to Malaysia, would be typical of Tan Chong of putting a crazy price tag and justify for its unique looks. (imagine Teana price tag)

Not bad… Renaults always have a very original look wether the design is appealing or not and this is one fine looking car. However, I’ve always hated Renault steering wheels…

More likely, the top of the line will be fitted with a transversal V6 engine, most likely sourced from NISSAN, like the top of the range RENAULT Vel Satis (which shares the same platform).
Most of the European sales will be Diesel (more than 60%), since this is the rule of the market.

It is quite logic that some people think that it looks like a CITROEN. The long front overhang + short rear overhand is part of the CITROEN style language since the 1950’s wit the DS. Today, RENAULT has to lengthen the front overhang to have good crash test results, just like PEUGEOT for the 407.

Laguna always using the tradisional rear brake lamp lol …. but the 1.5 dCi only 5 litre per 100km !!! this everyone need it !! this make 20km/L … can i buy this engine only ??

The estate variant looks much better than the sedan. The sedan’s proportion doesnt look nice, with long front overhangs and short tail. The rear lights also doesnt look too pleasing. But since the rear pics are limited, dont know if it really looks good on the road.

Pity..although its a nice looking car ..it will always be treated the same as other French cars….avoided for pricey spare parts, bad after sales service and pricey to maintain (although its not always true)
