		<description>Saya sudah tempah proton saga dah 3 bulan,tetapi sampai sekarang belum dapat kereta lagi. Salesman janji akan dapat dalam bulan Ogos,tetapi sekarang sudah Oct. Saya juga cakap dengan manager, tetapi manager pun tak layan saya dengan baik, bagi banyak alasan. Apakah yang saya boleh buat sekarang? saya amat memerlukan kereta untuk pergi kerja...sudah 2 bulan bekerja dengan tiada kereta, amat menyusahkan. harap dapat pendapatan daripada semua.terima kasih.</description>

		<description>Proton......i pakai persona since 6 2009 so almost 6 month lah by 10 september 2009. 1 week pakai ada prob kat brek. Long distance tekan brek jadi bunyi kasar so i refer eon service(PANTAI BHARU KLANG) tempat i amik kereta. Mekanik n supervisor said yg pad brek baru memanglah bunyi dia ketat lai. so finelah i accept. then x sampai 1 bulan pakai bila pg ok brek smooth cam keta kwn i persona juga ambil kat same place. bila thari or long distance jadi semula so i peliklah bunyi kuat bila kita brek then i refer semula. alasan sama n bila diorang check xde pun.....kereta baru. MP3 1st day i amik i try yg original cd okey excellent memang sound blaupunkt tu best. then i try yg burning sendiri jadi error masuk kereta member i persona juga okey boleh siap kuar mp3 lai...so i pi check dia ckp baguslah tu pakai original je....buat lawak mcm tu...tapi dlm manaul book ada mengatakan mp3 so?????? saya complain untuk tukar. saya diberitahun takes time mungkin 2-3 month or lebih sebab dia akan buka satu set tu so antar ke blaupunkt n dah betulkan baru pasang semula. boleh ke mcm tu...customer beli kereta bukan minta free byr dpyment byr monthly tapi quality x sama so kalau nak kira nasib boleh lah saya minta proton kurang kan harga kereta saya mcm tu. saya minat persona n saya mampu pakai persona if saya mampu pakai kereta selain proton mungkin saya berfikir bnyk kali. saya nak sokong kereta malaysia pun jadi u knowlah if quality dah x setanding mcam dulu. skrg mementing kuantiti...quality dah down abis..
disebabkan brek yg problem tu saya dah tukar brek baru pada 10 ribu km walhal normally around 20 km keatas or tgk penggunaan seperti yg diberitahu oleh eon glenmarrie. selepas brek problem dlm masa 4 bulan bila jem kita akn slow right? so bila nak msuk gear 3 or 4 n tekan minyak dia jadi cam motorboat..bunyi mcm keta turbo n jadi x larat kereta tu...i kena stop tepi then jalan semula baru ilang bunyi tu...mcm 3 silinder eon chansowlin ckp. chansowlin x dpt kesan. i refer tu en ramlee eon glenmarie then dia dpt kesan dia ckp brek pad tu ketat n melekat that&#039;s why jadi cam 3 silinder... long distance jadi cam tu....bila nak ke 80 km je jadi cam motorboat...so en ramlee dah adjust okeylah sampai ke service 10 ribu i dgr cam bunyi loceng cingggggg2....i refer tu en ramlee once again n i nak wat service skali. he said that brek haus...kena tukar yg baru.
i ckp normally what time yg kita akan kena tukar brek nie..dia ckp kereta saya even br 10 ribu kena tukar disebabkan masalah yg brek pad dulu ketat n melekat yg jadi 3 silinder tu. even though masalah tu dah i kesan masa 1 bulan i pakai kereta tapi yg problemnyer i tanggung kena keluar kos pulak tu pada waktu  x sepatutnya brek tu ditukar because i said that kwn i pakai dah 25 km masih okey brek n dia check juga tapi masih keadaan baik...
itu yg saya tidak puas hati..nak x nak i kenalah tukar for my safety kan. 
mcm mana proton jaga hati customer.....i memang x puas hati betul
mp3 problem i malas dah nak complaint because it takes so long nak dptkan yg baru n you know what eon bukit raja bila i tanya as customer kita mesti nak tanya pendapat eon yg berlainan. dia boleh ckp pakai je mp3 tu if nak tukar pun tgklah if blaupunkt tu nak bgi tukar ke x...
memang saya marah
 n i nak regret i buy persona x payahlah kan....wat penat i je nak regret

		<description>My brother apply the proton X-change programme since 11/7/09 until now the voucher also still not been issue to him. But his friend apply late then him aldready got it. He call up proton I care but the respond still saying there no reply form the X-change dept. How come the Proton such big company did not pratice any FIFO method and even customer follow up frequently every 2 weeks also still give the many reason .</description>

		<description>Servicing my car on 14/10/09 at Sungai Pinang Proton Service Center Penang.
After taking back while washing my car in the evening, i noticed that my driver&#039;s side handle was scratched and the door was slightly dented. My car&#039;s number plate was crack and the front bumper behind the number plate was dented. Not only that, the left bumper below the head light was slightly out of alignment. Immediately, i called the service center but no reply. Then i called my salesman about the matter. He advised me to see the service center the next morning. On 15/10/09 i went to the service center again. They denied having done the above to my car and was asked to come again on 20/10/09 as the person in charge Mohd. Zikri is not around and the staff cannot do anything about it. I came on that day to get the matter solved but to no avail. I hope proton i-care will rectify this as this is unfair to us consumer. This is the first time i brought proton car and encounter such a service which i have trusted. How could we trust the sevice center with this type of service given!!!!!!!!!!!</description>

Whatever the case, you can always call Proton i.Care at 1-300-880-888. Anyways, depending on your problem, they might not be able to help much though. I believe the best option is still to go to any one of Proton&#039;s service centers, and deal with the mechanic/technician in person.

I did call Proton i.Care when i had a problem with my car last time. All they could do was tell me where the nearest service centers were located. Well, I kinda expected that since how much can you help thru the fon anyway...</description>

		<description>Saya memilik PERSONA1.6 dah masuk 5 bulan. Service wajib yg ketiga saya dah kena tukar brekpad alasan brek pad saya dah haus. seminggu pertama pakai keta memang bila brek lagi2 selepas jalan jauh brek bunyi kasar. bila saya check kat eon service tempat dimana saya ambil kereta supervisor ckp oh ...kereta baru memanglah brek pad ketat sikit...so dia x buka n check. so saya cam pelik lah sebab saya n member ambil dari tempat yg sama kenapa kereta saya yg mcm2 bila saya tanya je diorang ckp nasib. so QUALITY proton mcm x sama. Saya suka persona sebab selesa dan menyokong product malaysia. dlm masa 2 bulan jadi pulak mcm 3 silinder saya check kat 2 tempat eon service (chansowlin) dan di klang(pantai bharu) mereka x dpat punca cuma ckp okey je. bila saya pergi ke glenmarrie En ramlee dpt kesan n dia ckp brek pad lekat...so tu yg jadi cam 3 silender jadi bunyi cam motorboat bila tekan myk 70km..serius saya ckp. saya jadi geram lah kan. mp3 satu hal...cd ori je leh pasang cd yg burning sendiri masuk kat keta member boleh kuar mp3 masuk keta saya jadi error bila saya adu dlm masa 3 hari selepas pakai keta eon service bukit raja ckp tgklah kalau blaupunkt tu nak bg tukar bolehlah laipun amik masa 3 bulan nak dpt semula....bukan ke patut buka yg saya ganti yg baru dahlah dlm warranty lai...skrg yg ori je boleh pakai. so saya dah x kuasa bab mp3 tu. skrg bab brek pad pulak baru sampai 10 ribu km dah kena tukar alasan pasal 3 silinder tu lah yg wat pad brek tu haus. 

kenapa PROTON tidak menekankan KUALITI bukan mengejar kuantiti. bila malaysian people nak beli kereta proton camnie pulak jadinya....saya skrg nie cuma harap kereta saya nie x memeningkan saya lagi. baru 5 bulan dah macam2 belum nak wait 9 tahun. 

nasib tu memang nasib tapi bila kita adu cam tu je jawapan...akak pakai jelah mp3 tu kak....dari xde apa. See..

Some of their dealer received all the downpayment of customers but not supply the cars. Finally the dealer run away and bankrupt but Proton edar even not to take responsibility because of their stupid mistake appointment of fake-dealers. 

Most accident die is because of proton(steel is not hard enough because cut cost), if you appreciated your life buy another car. Because my friend die in proton wira b4 after trade in his Volvo 240. Proton just a company they did for profit, maybe some people say is malaysia pride and glory. But company still is a company they main reason earn money(made it cheap cut cost earn alot margin), why support them with your hard earned salary.</description>

 From the time , I bought a car named GEN-2 model 2008 , manual transmission from Zagros Khodro in IRAN 
( proton Agent ), I had the following problem up to now. At the present time , the usage of the car is 900 km.  
when the car is turn off for nearly one hour , I must use start key for several times to turn the car on. 
when the engine starts working at the begining, it shakes and the odometer hand moves up to down for several seconds 
and after that, the engine starts normally. 
 For solving the above problem , I refered to proton services centers in Tehran. On the basis of suggestion of 
serviceman, I replace battery of the car by a new one for resolving the problem, but unfurtunately the start problem
was not solved. At the same time first service between 800 km to 1000 km has been done too.

I think services centers of proton in Tehran have not the expert persons for solving such a small problem.
I am sure your company can solve the above problem , will you please note me what the problem is and introduce me 
to your agent of services in Tehran for helping me.

Saya ada beberapa pertanyaan &amp; kemyuskilan yg perlu dijawab dgn segera:-
1.  Percanggahan informasi
     Kenapa pihak proton edar di bukit tinggi klg menyatakan yg kereta sy dh 
     dapat &amp; hanya menunggu kelulusan jpj? sedangkan pihak en kata kereta 
     saya masih dalam process pengeluaran production?
2.  Setiap kali sy tel en sulaiman berhari2, utk mendapatkan penjelasan 
      tetapi operator sentiasa memberi alasan engage with another line lah, en 
      keluarlah, en meeting lah, en tak de kat tempat lah... sehari saya cuba 
      tel en 4@5 kali &amp; meminta en tel saya semula tetapi en tak pernah reply 
      cal saya.
3.  Saya rasa frustated sgt!!! dan saya rasa dipermainkan!!!! dan juga saya 
     rasa diperbodohkan!!! 
4.  Persoalannya sekarang....
****inikah service i.care???? yang mengutamakn pelanggan? Saya ingin 
      menyokong produk keluaran kita, tapi kalau beginilah service yang 
      diberi lebih baik saya beli produk lain!!! 
****Bilakah jaminan sebenar yang en blh janjikn yang kereta saya akan 
      benar2 keluar?
****Siapakah yang bertanggungjawab ketas kos kerugian yang saya 
      tanggung diatas kelewatan pengeluran kereta tersebut???? kos baik pulih 
      kereta yang sedia ada, kos panggilan yg saya buat kepada pihak tuan  
      yang berbulan2 lamanya....Siapa yg nk tanggung kos2 tersebut???? 
****Sekiranya en tidak boleh memeberi jaminan pengeluaran kereta saya 
      dalam tempoh seminggu dalam bulan ini maka saya nak caj kos2 
      tersebut kepada pihak en!
****Dan sekiranya en tidak dapat memberi jaminan pengeluraran kereta 
      saya dalam tempoh seminggu dari tarikh hari ini, saya nak batalkan 
      pembelian kereta tersebut dan saya minta wang pendahuluan sebanyak

I have already sent for my 1000km service quite recently at SS 14 centre at Subang Jaya and already asked the service centre to rectify the absorber problem and have already did some adjustment, but after a while the problem arise again. How to make the noise disappear...

		<description>Saya menempah  SAGA BLM Auto pd 10 mei 09 di sykt Erasensa Kota Damansara dan berjaya mendapat kereta selepas 3 minggu  walaupun  pihak pengedar menjanjikan kereta tersebut ready-stock&#039; walhal approval loan saya cuma sehari . Namun baru  sebulan kereta tersebut digunakan , saya dapati stereng kuasanya seperti berat dan berbunyi ketika mengambil selekoh atau membelok. kereta tersebut telah saya hantar ke pusat servis  milik Erasensa Service Centre juga di Kota Damansara pada 13 jul 09 dan sehingga hari ini (20 july) kereta tersebut masih tersadai dan menurut petugas di pusat servis tersebut BERLAKU KEBOCORAN PADA HOS STERENG KUASA dan mereka telah menulis repot dan menunggu barang ganti. Disini saya merasakan ketidakpuasan hati saya kerana CEO PROTON menjanjikan jaminan kualiti setiap kereta PROTON. Masaalah alatganti  yang kena tunggu begitu lama juga dikesalkan dan tidak langsung masuk akal kerana kereta ini buatan tempatan !!!!!! .Nampaknya banyak pihak di PROTON masih lagi tidur @ lena dibuai mimpi maklumlah jualan agak baggus.....Tolong beri perhatian pada masalah saya ini. I have a PROTON car model GEN2 and I blame myself because I own such as this brand of cars.i bought it from EZZ EL ARAB Group - EGYPT 
Three months, I drive my own vehicle, without any signs of side effects or signs waiting.
So I hope you explain to me how dangerous this causes me and how I and my family, Tardy incidents result of your neglect and lack of rules of procedure in the management of customer service 
I hope that you will update the management and development of an appropriate person can respond to customers professionally and logical responses. 
This is a tragedy that the great risk the lives of  people as a result of negligence.Among the things I&#039;ve applied for a piece of the other parts, but one of the aesthetics of the car, I can wait until their arrival, but there are other things in the cause of death.
Therefore, I hope you that you update your service to customers because I believe in the people you choose not suitable at all for such posts. 
You are losing customers and losing money, more than you lose that reputation..

		<description>Aku dah hantar semua document untuk program Proton X&#039;change pada 30hb March 2009 dan jurujual berkenaan telah mengajukannya ke Proton HQ pada keesokkan harinya untuk diproses. Tapi sampai hari ini tak ada apa berita. Senak perut jurujual dan boss dia kena hamput  dengan aku. Dia telah bagi aku segala bukti-bukti perlu nih... Sebab yang dinyatakan oleh Proton HQ ialah terlalu ramai yang memohon dan mereka juga sibuk pasal nak lancarkan Proton Exora tuh besok... Jadi mungkin aku kena tunggu sampai cukup bulan... Angin aku satu badan... Kalau aku tau macam nih, baik aku repair kete aku dan pakai lagi 10 tahun. Service yang cam nih le menyebabkan orang meluat dengan Proton atau ape-ape kompeni pun... yang survivalnya hanya bergantung atas dasar  &quot;perlindungan kerajaan&#039;. 		<description>Today i called up to i care center regarding servicing problem.Refer to servicing book after 3rd time servicing, the subsequence servicing is 10000km. But do not know &quot;Why&quot; the service center always ask for servicing after 5000km ??? I ask them, the book is show after 10000km for service why center always request for 5000km. The answer is &quot; The engine oil is normal one and better 5000km for servicing&quot;. 
Question 1: Normal engine oil charge RM93.00 ( check with Shell station ,shell normal engine oil only sell RM63.00  and semi synthetic engine oil only sell RM93 for 10000km ). Why proton service center charge RM93 but ask for 5000km servicing ?? If normal engine oil used for the car, why charge so expansive ?? any special ...
Question 2:i.care center must serve customer more professonal in term of answer customer.. not only said &quot; don&#039;t know&quot; must ask service center before servicing ... and i.care center must wrote down all the customer concern and feedback the problem to factory..</description>

For over a year, I&#039;ve sent the car to the Center Of Excellence in Subang to warranty my car 6  times in a year. I&#039;ve known 1 attendant who is very very friendly and helpful. But the quality of the car is not good. Till today, the main problem of my car is the rattling sound found behind my car. They tried tp rectify for me. But still the same. And when i send the car for this problem again, the attendant is not free and i was passed to sumone else. Oh god, this fella was rude and scolding me sarcastically and think that he is hell of the great and the &#039;Tidak Apa&#039; issue came back to me. So, i would suggest Proton to rectify the Quality Control of the car and the employee&#039;s attitude first before doing something else as these are the things that affects your company badly, Reallly very badly.</description>
