		<description>Courtesy…..good manerism….professionalism….how fake these words sound whenever I bring myself back to 4th January 2012. The EON service centre at Asiatic Indahpura Kulai Car City had literally thrown these words out from it’s vicinity.
My visiting to the centre had been badly attended.
I reached at the service centre as early as 8.15am. I was surprised to learn that the former “first come first serve” queue system has been made redundant. Instead, the customer reception officer inquired whether I have made any appointments to have my car serviced. Obviously I have not made any. We (my wife and me) further asked the receptionist about the “appointment system” and how soon one has to place his/her appointment for the servicing. We were told that the appointment has to be made at least one day in advance.
To my delight, the receptionist wa squick to inform me of 2 available slots on the said that and asked whether I would be able to return at 2.30pm. What more could I ask ? I agreed to return at 2.30pm. She on th eother hand proceeded to reserve 2.30pm slot for my car.
Come 2.15pm, I arrived at the centre and handed over my service booklet to the very same receptionist. This is where my predicament started. The receptionist began to look worried. She was heard whispering to her colleague that she could not find my name in the system. The colleague ( a service advisor) very blatantly told her “APA NAK SUSAH SUSAH, BAGI DIA BALIK JE” (why worry, ask him to go back). She tried to right the obvious wrong but the colleague shamelessly instigated her to turn me down, The degrading part is…..the whole conversation was audible to me.
Finally the receptionist braved herself up and told me that all the slots were fully booked. I could not contained myself. How could the reservation went wrong ? How unprofessional the staffs (especially the instigator) have become ? What happened to the Government campaign of promoting courtesy and customer service via TV ? What is to become my day….wasted ??? I have applied leave to have my car serviced !!! All these questions were gushingly crossing my mind.
She apologized for the error and asked whether I could wait further. I insisted to have my serviced then (2.30pm) Her silence gave me the answer.
Upset and angry, I gave my piece of mind and took their names before leaving. The instigator is called Fairuz. Had I known this Asiatic Indahpura Car City Kulai EON centre would eat up my time and mood, I would never have visited the centre at the first place. I wonder how could the management of EON service centre at Kulai allow Fairuz to make a mockery of EON customer. This is the a man who does not know how to leash his mouth. I remember visiting this centre couple months back. I was there to get a  replacement for my headlamps. Apparently water made it’s way into the headlamps for the third time. As he was observing the traces of water in the headlamps, he sarcastically commented “APA NI, TAK TAU JAGA KE” ??? (what is this, don’t you know how to take care ?) Such remarks is really unnecessary as there could be many other reasons that led water into the headlamps. Furthermore my car was under warranty. What was his problem then ? If he thinks that redressing situation is troublesome, he is obviously in the wrong line of work. When his designation clearly defines his duty then why this “responsibility shunning and sarcasm” ??? How could he ignore the fact  that his paycheck is indirectly coming from us, the Proton owners ????

		<description>Saya turut merasa simpati apa yg telah terjadi kpd insan kecewa. Sememangnya dia harus merasa kecewa pa yg telah menimpa keatas dirinya.Pihak pengurusan atau yg berkenaan wajib mengambil iktibar dan melakukan tindakan segera bagi mengatasi masalah kereta kebanggaan Malaysia ini. Perkara ini juga telah berlaku kpd saya setelah 5 hari saya membeli kereta Proton Saga FLX yang saya beli pada 17/11/11. Masalah yg berlaku adalah kebocoran minyak pada enjin utama dan terpaksa dihantar ke pusat servis yang mengambil masa panjang sehingga 2 minggu. Perasaan tidak puashati pasti ada.

Saya berharap pihak pengurusan Proton memandang serius perkara ini dan menyelesaikan masalah dgn bijak dan professional. Jawapan &quot; masalah tu biasalah dan masalah ini bukan selalu cuma 1000 dalam satu&quot;...jawapan ini cuma nak melindungi kelemahan dan tidak professional langsung.! kemudian masalah serius berulang lagi dan lagi...</description>

Sememangnya dia harus merasa kecewa pa yg telah menimpa keatas dirinya.Pihak pengurusan atau yg berkenaan wajib mengambil iktibar dan melakukan tindakan segera bagi mengatasi masalah kereta kebanggaan Malaysia ini. Perkara ini juga telah berlaku kpd saya setelah 5 hari saya membeli kereta Proton Saga FLX yang saya beli pada 17/11/11. Masalah yg berlaku adalah kebocoran minyak pada enjin utama dan terpaksa dihantar ke pusat servis yang mengambil masa panjang sehingga 2 minggu. Perasaan tidak puashati pasti ada.</p>

		<description>Salam semua,saya beli kete Proton Persona M/Line Hjg Tahun 2010 dgn tawaran diskaun RM2500 punyala happy dapat kurang.hari pertama ambk keta berbunyi kt absober depan,pegi anta Sc kampar die tkr lower tak setle jgk,pas2 sy amk cuti pg sc ipoh 2x pg die ckp normal,sy tak puas ati pegi sc shah alam tggl 2mggu mcm2 die tukar alih2 sama jugak.saya pun buntu skrg report plak kt  proton i-care tak sampi ari ni takde maklum balas ape2,sy rasa teriniaya beli keta proton baru,bayar bulan2 dekat bank mahal.tp masalah aje je yg datang.keta dah hmpir setahun takkan nak tggu hbs warranty baru proton nak repair.tolongla setlekan masalah saya ni.sy ulang alik shah alam banyak x sape nak bayarkan duit minyak dan tol???????????????????????? sy bukan pendapatan tinggi pun,beli keta baru sebab xnak keta rosak slalu alih2 sama macam beli keta 2nd hand.</description>

Baru2 ni saya beli proton saga 1.5FL  di Gaint Taman Hulu Kelang...jurujual memang best...pada peringkat awal...sebelum jual...memang teruja...sales man seorang haji...memang best..suruh bayar duit booking...RM500.00..ok lah saya bayar...lepas tu dalam masa seminggu je dah dapat sebelum tu..ada le kete sebuah dalam show room...saya tanya sales man tu...keta ni ke keta saya...dia kat &#039;tak&quot;, kete ni dah ada orang punya...perghh...saya suruh anak saya ambil nombor chasis yang tertera dekat cermin keta ..hmmm...memang hampeh...betul keta show room...tapi memang la baru...nampak cantik...yang jadi persoalannya..kenapa haji tu sanggup tipu...hehe...ada lag citenya...keta kuar petang,,,hari pun hujan...haji tu punya lah dok kalut..suruh saya sign borang serah kereta...dalam keadaan kalam kabut...saya dan isteri dah tak fikir apa dah...sign je lah....sebelum itu saya tanya dia barang2 cukup ke...dia kata proton bagi memang tak pernah cukup...ok lah saya sign..lepas tu dah sampai rumah saya chek,,,memang ada barang yang kurang...1) first Aid Kid(Tiada), Tool yang ada jeck keta, spannar, screw dirver satu, dan ada lagi yg kurang besi untuk tarik keta yg dipasang dekat bamper depan (Tiada).dalam borang yang disign tadi menunjukan semua barang ada...aduh apa le punya haji....lepas tu anak saya yang mula perasan ada kesan calar dan macam dibuka iaitu dekat frame radio...dan cover set depan, cover screw dah pecah...kemudian saya call balik sales man abang haji tadi...dia kata suruh rujuk dekat bahagian service nanti...apabila keesokan harin saya bawa keta pg ke bahagian service di Siang Hin Taman Melawati ..dia kata perkara ini adalah menjadi tanggungjawab sales man....tak tau la apa nak jadi dengan proton ni...Tokeh proton tolong tgk2 la sikit...jual keta nak...tapi hampeh semuanya...duit kita depa mau...services tak cantik...</description>

		<description>saya dan suami saya adalah pengguna dan staf proton. bagi saya, setiap kereta ada mslhnye sendiri. saya pun selalu kena maki2 dgn customer, kes kereta tersadai kat bengkel la, kes brg lambat smpai la... bg saya, pengurusan kat pusat servis tu memainkan peranan penting.
 contohnye, setiap brg yg perlu diorder (maksudnye sparepart xde kat servis tu) biasanya dibuat seminggu sekali, biasanya jmaat.. jadi org yg dtg hntr kete ari isnin, terpaksa tggu brg utk diorder hari jmaat (dh membazir 5 hari kat situ). pastu brg tu nk smpai pulak dlm ms seminggu paling cepat (biasanya 2 mggu). so mggu 1st hntr tu plus dgn mggu order je dh kat 3 mggu.. pastu dh smpai baru nk pasang, mkn ms 2-3 hari pulak.. jadi total kira-kira kat sebulan jgk..:(:(
sbnrnye, setiap pusat servis ni berlainan. maksud saya, harga dgn layanan. saya dgn suami bertugas di proton yg berbeza, harga bg setiap servis di kedua2 tempat pun dh berbeza. tempat suami sy, keje cepat, harga murah, brg cukup.. tp org melayu suka guna istilah &#039;tolong melayu&#039;.. padahal tempat melayu tu la mencekik sm2 melayu..:( (tempat saya la tu..)
bg aduan kerosakan pula, mmg byk yang diterima. kdg2 kereta tu keluar x smpai sebulan, dh kena hntr kat bengkel. saya tumpang simpati kepada sesiapa yg mengalami mslh sedemikian.. saya smpai dh mahir biasanya kereta model ape akn rosak ape...:)):)) saya akui, kualiti kerete tempatan agak berbeza dgn kualiti kereta dr luar. ini kerana suami saya pernah bekerja di bawah satu syarikat kereta import. kami staf proton cuba memberikan khidmat yang terbaik kepada anda. 

saranan saya, sebelum kereta dibaiki dan sudah diperiksa, anda hendaklah berjumpa dgn SA bg mengetahui kerosakan yg dialami dan sparepart ape yg akn ditukar.. jika anda tidak bersetuju dgn brg yg akn ditukar, anda hendaklah memberitahu SA tersebut.

anda juga hendaklah bertanya tentang kos dan jangkamasa kereta dibaiki. ini bg mengelakkan melebihi bajet anda dan juga masa anda.

jika anda tidak bersetuju dgn apa yg bakal dibaiki, jgn tandantngan ape2 dokumen.

jika anda was2 dan tidak puas hati dgn layanan yang diberikan, terus berjumpa dgn SA ataupun manager..

dan yg terakhir, jika anda berkemampuan, belilah kereta lain selain drpd proton.. (p/s : sy dgn suami pun rancang nk beli je kereta lain ni..)=))=))</description>

Pada 26.8.2011, husband saya telah membeli proton persona 1.6 Mline. semasa penghantaran dealer kata hon tak berfungsi. waktu tue suma dah sign. so nak x nak terpaksa ambik jgak. dealer cakap kna antar servis kt protn edar. time tue memang nk marah la kat dealer tue. ade ke patut bagi kereta yang dah rosak kt pelanggan. guna x sampai semiggu macam2 masalah lak timbul. memang sakit ati la. dah la hon rosak, getah pada cermin belakang kereta lak terkeluar n reverse sensor plak x berfungsi. dah 2 kali pergi ke proton edar tapi masalah still x selesa. lepas satu satu. semalam pergi lagi untuk servis 1000k tue la. dari pkul 8 pagi hingga 5 petang kna tunggu. last2 reverse sensor still x function. so sad cz keta baru jadi teruk macam tue. dah x boleh bagi bagi la keta baru ke??? memang x puas ati la. rasa macam bagi keta secondhand jea. keta secondhand pown ok jugak. sebulan pown x sampai. hope pihak proton dapat selesaikan masalah saya. skang takpe la rosak still under warranty. nnti ble dah hbis warranty proton nk tolong bayar ke?????</description>

rase nyesal gak la beli kereta jenama proton ni,  harga kereta dan kualiti tak sepadan,  pusat servis pun hampeh.  (rase kecewa n nyesal tu sebab konon2 nak menyokong industri tempatan.....tapi...................)

ni banyak yg nak saya ckap ni.isteri saya baru beli sebuah persona 1.6 bline..cite mudah jer mule2 beli kete dah kene kencing dah ngn PDI.nak tau PDI 2pe 2lah post delivery inspection yg konon2nya dh di buat pda kete sy tapi ni nak ckp nie sumua 2bohong jer.sy bwk kluar kete 1awal dari raya haji 2010 jam 5.00 ptg nak tau ape yg jadi kompereser aicond bunyi teruk sampai 100m pun blh dengar bunyi.pada malam 2plak hujan turun nak balik kg lagi syok wiper kete rosak plak dah getah dia dah teruk.jenuh malam 2 balik kampung kadar penglihatan terhad.anta kat proton servis kene cas minyak compreser rm 50lbh 2.sy tanye knape diaorg ckp tak termasuk dalam waranty..lpas 2 sevis 1000km plak yg ni pn jd hal lpas servis jer dahbord ngan mcm2 bunyi...dah 2 stering bunyi plak bila pusing penuh...nak syok lagi pengunaan minyak kete sya mcam gune enjin v8 ape kehal nie..kejap minyak ok kejap minyak teruk gila bayangkan pengunaan minyak dlm 200km cecah rm 60 2 ron 95 jer klu ron 97 kira2lah sendiri..bukan nak kutuk kete tempatan tapi nak tau knape kete proton ni tak boleh tandingi kete luar ke sekadar mau untung saja kebajikan penguna kete tak peduli..kete sy lum sampai 10000km lg tp dah banyak prob..skrg nie sy nak pihak proton bertanjungjwp.sy mintak kete lain tak mau ganti sbb bukan polisi proton.mau saje bawa kes ni masuk makamah tau penipuan PDI pd saya...memang saya sangsi dengan pihak Proton ni bayak penipuan...ckp kete ok tp tak ok pun saya guna..skrg ni aligment dan balensing kete lari anta proton servis diaorg ckp kene buat kat kdai tayar sbb kami tak tanggung...bayangkan dah 3bln kete 2 saya guna ngan jarak baru 7000km dah aligment larii????ape kes beb....patutnya pihak CEO proton ni kene jawap semua persoalan ni sebab u all kepala smua nie...nak promosi proton kat luar negara yang dalam negara pun tak dapat nak diperkemaskinikan.nilah bak kata orang kera di hutan di susukan anak sendiri mati tak makan....skrgnie tlg jwap smua persoalan ni dan bagi saya jawapan yang patut...banyak yang saya geram ni sejak hari pertama gune kete nie...nak maklumat lanju u all tengok kat komp u alll 2ape masaalah yang kami hadapi khas untuk pihak proton...no kend pjw 4087...sila selesaikan masaalah kami....</description>

		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>saya baru je servis keta saya kat proton servis kat pengangkutan sedar sdn bhd,kulim kedah.Yang saya tak puas hati ni,saya mtk tukar timing belt and buat major servis jea..saya pun xtanya  brapa nak kena bayar lepas saya TINGGAL keta saya tu,sbb saya dh biasa buat major servis,so saya dh budget saya punya duit dlm rm900 lbh sbb nk tukar timing belt skali&#8230;saya hantar kul 8.30 pagi,bila dh petang saya dtg nk ambil,saya tanya brapa kena&#8230;&#8230;terkejut saya bila dia cakap kena RM1188.20 ..TAK PERNAH SAYA SERVIS KETA SAMPAI KENA BERIBU NII???SAYA CHECK BALIK RECEIPT,TGK &#8230;PANDAI2 JE DIAORG TAMBAH WINDSCREEN WASHER (RM5.50),BLADE ASSY WINDS(RM50.50)BELT ACCESSORY(RM70.00)PETROL FILTER(RM37.58)yang jumlah dia saya bleh jimat hampir Rm280.00&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.saya bengang sbb diaorang tak tanya saya dulu sebelum tukar benda2 ya xkena mengena dgn major servis tuu..yang saya tau,major servis cuma berkaitan dgn enjin..xde kena mengena dengan saya punya windscreen????saya cuba nk tulis kat ruangan komplain dalam resit saya tu,tapi diaorang xbagi saya tulis&#8230;alasan dia ,komplain kat situ diaorg je bleh tulis!!!PANAS BETUL SY&#8230;SY XTAU NK KOMPLAIN KAT MANA&#8230;..SAYA NAK KOMPLAIN KAT SINI DULU..KOT2 ADA FEEDBACK..KALAU TAKDE..SAYA NK KOMPLAIN KAT TRIBUNAL PENGGUNA PLAK&#8230;HAISHHH!!!XPASAL2 SAYA KENA PINJAM DUIT KAWAN SAYA TAU!!!</p>

Saya pemilik exora (WTV4194) yang telah menjadi mangsa kelewatan penerimaan kereta melebihi dari satu bulan disebabkan oleh penggunaan sistem baru   PROTON CLASS (kata Dealer - Atiara Automobile). Okey saya accept. Than selang beberapa lama pihak PROTON kirim surat to say sorry about that DELAYED DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE pada 12 May 2010 yang telah ditandatangani oleh Sales Division, General Maneger - En. Sidik Abd. Hamid dan berjanji akan memberi  token  kepada saya. SAMPAI SEKARANG SAYA MASIH TIDAK MENERIMA TOKEN TERSEBUT.
Untuk pengetahuan tuan saya telah menghubungi pihak proton i-care, kata mereka token tersebut telah diberikan kepada Dealer saya seperti diatas. Saya telah hubungi pihak Atiara Automobile untuk mendapatkan maklumat lanjut. Malangnya sale - girl promoter  mereka dah berhenti. 
Persoalan
Bolehkah saya mendapatkan kembali hak saya tersebut.
Masalah saya ini saya panjangkan kepada Seorang Pegawai/Staf di Proton i-care (En. Nazmi) menerusi beberapa kali panggilan telepon dan katanya, Saya boleh mendapatkan kembali service baucer bernilai RM500 dimana atas persetujuan pihak ATIARA AUTOMOBILE  kena ganti sama nilai baucer tersebut. Menurut En. Nazmi, pihak ATIARA (miss Judith) akan menghubungi saya. Tahun berganti tahun, bulan dah berganti bulan dan minggu saling berganti.........TAKDE PUN DEPA MENGUHUBUNGI SAYA.......APA niii. 
Masalahnya sekarang saya dah dua minggu cari En NAzmi untuk bertanyakan tentang masalah ini. Banyak kali minta Re-turn call, tak pernah En. Nazmi replay. 
SAYA AMAT BERHARAP AGAR MENDAPAT SATU KETERANGAN DAN PENJELASAN YANG MUNASABAH DARI PIHAK TUAN.</description>
