Google "Chatanet" and "Ligier", both French small time manufacturers that make small cars, not much unlike this Toyota. These are one size smaller than the Aygo/C1/107. Usually only sits 2. Usually powered by motorcycle engines. You can see all these ones parked on Paris streets. The Smart is also very common. I once counted 14 Smarts on one street alone (long steet though).
