Better packaged than the smart, but probably not nearly as safe. If tata can make these cheap AND reliable, they may change the market. (I hope they have a standard fire extinguisher.) I eagerly await the new ford fiesta this summer, it is roomy, thrifty, attractive and safe, but it's 15k?!
