ShiangHorng, Citroen is not about power lol XD its about style, flamboyance and luxury. there's more to life then having a powerful engine and not using it to the full potential becuz of traffic problems.

forced induction is the way to go, very agree,
likely that turbo very good for diesel, cooler engine,
and turbo is basically and rarely for the gassoline is in colder side of the world,
the heat in this country skeptics me, though i know to some point turbos are reliable,

just found a mantenance free supercharger , a completely sealed supercharger propelled by crankshaft. on the lotus exige 260,as an example,
but what it said is the eaton m62 looks like a normal roots type that require service during life operation,

well i cant say mantenance free,,,

what ever it is force induction is ideally good for economy at low engine load powerful when its demanding,

local car maker should ready into this,

Wow if the torque and gearing can pull huge sedans like these, it could be good news for fuel consumption eh? But I suspect turbodiesels will be better. Sadly our diesel level isn't up to Euro 4 yet.

Small light pressure turbo are gaining acceptance for giving a good performance /economy tradeoff. Hopes proton decides to intall the turbo campro they have been working on it to the new MPV.
