As long as the great driving dynamics of Subaru remains, I think it is a great thing to have quality interior of the Toyota. Toyota is great at making comfortable, and expensive feel cars while Subaru is great at making stable driving feel and very strong engine. Combine them, and you'll have the best in both worlds.
