its true that police got the evo's and its here already. my cousin works as mechanics under Mitsubishi corp not under USF or so wat eva. He said he tested the car, and police tested the car. that car is just the base line evo. that cant go like the Evo X MR sold in malaysia. in other word, police's evo is the same like the one sold in singapore….

I’ll go for the twin clutch FQ300. with a few milliseconds of different, you can even notice that much. Beside, if some one see you driving this evo out, he will be crazy enough to challenge this car

They only have the Twin Clutch gearbox for the 300 because they have to program the gearbox so that it works optimally well with the powerband of the engine. They haven’t had the time to redo the programming for the higher output engines so they may not get it for some time.

the top gear tested the 360 model n they actually recommended the 300 model will be enough.

FQ —-> Freaking Quick

Even with standard 280 BHP cost ~RM300k, wonder how much the FQ will cost?

May be can get the Lancer Ralliart with 230 BHP, non-sophisticated AWH, still a nice 4 door power salon.

Singapore, once before the distributor brought in Evo 9 similiar to FQ model. Hope Asia will have Evo X tuned Ralliart, Evo X MR…

I saw the review on Top Gear, This car is definitely fun! very precise and a real driver’s car! There is a really cool shot of the Evo doing a donut around the STI.

In terms of pure speed, I don’t think EVO is that fast. I think Porsche is kinda like that as well. The car is well focus on driving pleasure and not too much focus on lap times like the way STI and GTR is.

So definitely thrills.

FQ = f**king quick, truely, haha

the FQ-300 is good enough though…. even Jeremy Clarkson recommend the FQ-300 for average drivers….

want a cool Jap ride but can’t afford GT-R? just get an Evo X…..

hope to see a FQ-400 soon…..

most likely fq360 holds more boost pressure at readline then the fq330, plus only drinks RON99 as minimum.

if u watched top gear on evo 8 FQ series..the car can even ‘shake’ the more expensive lambo. thts almost like budget lambo for the poor.
