First of all, the new 911 has a wider track and cleaner design than the 996, which makes it a menancing car to look at, stationary or on the move. But like I said, drive it and you will love it even more! It's like having a luxurious racing car to drive everyday. Having a glass roof would probably kill some excitement as I imagine it will add some weight to the car. But it looks better than the coupe version and provide some security from, and the same 'open' pleasure as the convertible version.
