The front is from the M3 Coupe which remains largely unchanged.

Saw a silver one just like this on Penang plates in Cameron Highlands a few weeks ago – looks very nice in the metal, much more muscular than the photos portray

Kinda Lexus-ish at the front, but tighter back makes it more sexy.

I beg to differ, its more like the lexus looks bmw’ish. its no secret that the IS200 has been benchmarking itself and trying to emulate the 3series ever since the 1st version was designed and launched.

Well, Chris Bangle finally realised that the M3 sedan needs to look better than the regular 3. Good thing.

However, I had to admit that Bangle’s designs, though ugly to many of us has started to ‘grow’ on me and i’m beginning to like it more everytime i look at these new Beemers.

The 3 is already a fantastic car, many good reviews. Lot of 5 stars given, if only the price could come down..pointless here in Malaysia lar. The 3 was actually meant for young business adults who wanted an all round luxury package for moderate pricing. Thats exactly what BMW had in mind. In malaysia, its soo friggin expensive only the datuk’s and thier keeps can drive…LoL

Unfortunately, the back is still no different than the recently facelifted 3-Series Sedan…

I was hoping that they used the 3-Series Coupe rear design.
