D-Max 2.5 share most the specs but one thing noticed it is only 2WD and the price is the same with XL that still retains its 4WD. but one another thing, if this XL fitted with direct injection system, it will be okay if can't afford the XLT :-) yea, it is true this variant is less powerful even compare to XLT TDCi, but to say further, I think it is value for money.
