In 2004, Maserati started production of the Pininfarina-designed Quattroporte. A few years back, Maserati discussed an agreement with Volkswagen for the German company to share its Audi division's Quattro all-wheel-drive technology (originally meant for the Maserati Kubang SUV concept) for Maserati's current Quattroporte platform. This idea has since been abandoned because Volkswagen owns Lamborghini and Bugatti. Maserati launched this luxury four-door sedan ala coupe tradition. It offers more mainstream appeal yet doesn't sacrifice luxury. Four door executive with a sportscar look. But way back in 1970s, Lambo has already started with practical 4-seater sportscar with the Espada (although a bit on the ugly side). Anyway, hopefully this front engined 4-seater Lambo will enter production. This trend was started by Mercedes CLS. It offers more mainstream appeal yet doesn’t sacrifice luxury. Four door executive with a sportscar look.

But way back in 1970s, Lambo has already started with practical 4-seater sportscar with the Espada (although a bit on the ugly side).

Anyway, hopefully this front engined 4-seater Lambo will enter production.
