there are so many “concept” prototypes of electric cars since who knows when. its nothing new.. just because you’re testing a concept doesnt mean you must go into production.. there are so many other factors to get right before a manufacturer can go ahead.

anyways.. theres nothing new about electric cars.. they’ve been running around on roads a hundred years ago.
