P1 needs to make their workers as their main capital and of course needs to invest a bit in them because in the end they are the ones who gives proton good or bad name no matter how good or bad the quality of the cars they produce. It all boils down to pride and attitude towards the 'product' that they are assemblying day after day. Whether one very important person like Dr. Epple who has vast experience and technical know how might make a difference remains to be seen. Do you guys think bringing in Gus Hiddink as our national coach going to change our footballer's attitude and style of play or FAM? Remember it all goes down to attitude. Some DMAIC and DFSS to be implemented will be a good start. Other than process quality, design quality is also a crucial factor in developing a good product. My friend, what so big about the Pakatan? they also practised worst cronyism and nepotism and corruption ever seen. We have a one party who claims implementing CAT but u can see he can appoint his father as secretary general, his cousin in the exco members, his best friends in the vice chairman posts, and other relatives in high ranking positions and driving himself with a Merc to and fro..is that nepotism or cronyism or just plain greed???.
