I just took delivery of my exora and the very first day I found a few problems with the MPV.
1. The absorber will make a 'thut' sound when going over a road hump.
2. The anti-rust is not properly sprayed
3. The plastic at the door step is not scratch resistent

All the service center of Proton Edar in the Klang District is only ordinary service center and cannot solve all problems and were ask to go to the HQ or Branch service center in Glemarie.

In Klang District I think EON serivce center is most well equip..

I think Proton have good design and good vision , but I strongly urge to improve the QC of parts and also service , as if not customer will feel frustrated and this will scare people away from buying Proton .

For Current
There is EON Sales branches , EON Service Centre.
Eon sales dealers (sub dealers) and EON service dealers (sub dealers)

And in future
EON will need to merge their EON Sales Branches and EON Service Centre together as 3S Centre and are only entitled for 32 branches.

For the sub dealers
All EON sales and service dealers will undergo a migration process into the Proton Edar sales and service network with effect from 1 July 2009. Subsequent to the migration process, EON will no longer have any sub-dealers (sales & after sales) for Proton vehicles after 31 December 2009.

So in future there will be no more EON sub-dealer ,
Will only have Proton Edar themself , or Proton Edar's dealer (which can be EON and etc )

the existing sales branches would be remain as EON but will be include in Proton Edar's network.. with this, MAYBE they want to avoid any conflict of having 2 sales offices at same location.. streamline the sales network will help them to improve better 3S (when the 3S rationalize completed).

from my experience, Proton sales center with big/strong capital normally can deliver better satisfaction to customers than "survival" Proton showroom.
