abang Exora. For sure it will be more nippy

and will have better handling. Exora also for bigger

family so it caters to a different crowd , for sure younger

crowd will choose Perodua which is similar to Honda Jazz size.

With the 15km/litre consumption i am confident it will

be a plus points.cos petrol prices will see an increase next

year as oil is hovering around the 80 dollar mark.

Actually its a brilliant marketing and business plan. You'd have both market size from basically the same product. You'd have the mid market MPV (with Avanza) and the lower market MPV with the D46T. With only a difference of (RM 74k – 66k) = 8K only!

engine and gearbox alone already contribute huge percentage of R&D spending for many auto makers. by saying p2 transferred 100% tech from japan really make me smiling……………….

let alone to produce their own engine and gearbox, to see locally assembled engine also not in the picture.

any auto company that able to produce engine and gearbox can anytime product the car itself. i wonder if daihatsu left p2, can they produce own designed car? if it is true that they have transferred 100% tech from japan obviously from daihatsu, then i suspect p2 not only can design their own car but also can product their own engine and gearbox. this what i call 100% technology transfer. as long as the engine and gearbox is not self developed how cone can get 100% tech transfer?

ohh, tech transfer is not transfer the blueprint or machinery, its basically the knowledge behind the technology. i wonder by locally made and assemble the car in malaysia with blueprint readily available and the machine bought from outside can call 100% technology transfer?

PS: proton also cannot build their own gearbox until now, but their R&D experiences is much greater than p2, and still not 100% proton technology but i see they really have transferred and applied the technology from mitsu and lotus into their new generation cars. i not dare to say 100% like p2, but obviously they have proven the ability to make own car. next transfer the gearbox tech and quality control technology will make the tech transfer closer to 100%. but compare to p2, only assemble the car can CLAIMS 100% tech transfer????

in real world, nothing is perfect. kalu udah nak problem, keta mahal pon problem juga. jadi just give and take la. takyah le bila udah pakai Toyota, kutuk plak orang lain yg pakai Proton, Perodua ka apa ka – cakap itu tak bagus ini tak bagus.

betul tu bro. Kawan2 perodua aku mmg selalu menegeluh because every idea yang diaorang propose untuk ME-'NATIONAL' KAN PERODUA selalu aje kena reject dengan bos2 jepun tu. Yang lepas, cuma design bumper aje.

Jepun cuma tahu untung, untung dan untung. Dia tak fikir pun tanggungjawab atau keinginan rakyat msia nak memajukan negara kita sendiri.

Aku respect kawan2 aku kat perodua. Aku respect dengan usaha2 dan idea diaorang.

Malangnya, customer2 yang kat luar ni tak sedar, betapa teruknya jepun layan kita. dari dulu (penjajahan) sampai la sekarang dan juga di perodua sendiri.
