hoping no more van-like MPV and with price double or triple the world market come out on the road again. FTA is coming, globalisation is coming but Malaysia still not prepared to face it. We compare everything to other country but not cars and salaries. Malaysians feel ashamed, do our Malaysian Government feel the same?

hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmm this is truelyy pelik ekekeke kalau kete poton kene kutuk p2 pun kene kutuk ermmm korang nakcari kete mcm mane power to weight ratio sama ker… hahah leh jerk beli yang recond tu tapi duit kene ingat lah banyak recond ermmm… tah tah meter dah kene kacau… wahhaa.. aku nak cakap jerk lah.. beli MPV ape tujuan asal beli hari hari ke bawak 7 org manusia kat kete nisbah nak bawak ramai tu jarang jarang so consider begini… korang nyer duit beli lah ape yang patut jgn compare mane mane.. wahhaa aku minat jugak MPV tapi tak berminat nak menbeli due to spesis yang menyusahkan jerk time paking kene tgk betul betul, karang sambar kete org.. huhu beli lah kete mengikut keperluan.. tapi kalau duit banyak tu beli coster jerk senang dah tek elok kutuk industri sendiri… nak beli P2 g beli nal beli P1 pun g beli betul tak… naek muak tgk gaduh pasal P2 or P1 sebab aku pakai dua dua jenama nih so no komen….

They are a few air-cond installer in Malaysia, Denso, Sanden, APM, Patco and UCM.

To make an air-cond works, you need the following main items:

1) Compressor – normally imported from Japan, Denso, Sanden, Calsonic, Diesel Kiki

2) Evaporator Unit – Air passes through it will be cooled down and coming out from the grillle/vents . This can be locally manufactured.

3) Condensor — Located in front of the radiator. Locally produced.

But only the compressor will take your power off your enjin. If the capacity of the compressor used is a bigger one, it will ultimately take away the enjin power. If it is too small, the air-cond is not cool.

Saya punya kawan, P1 salesman sendiri yang cakap selepas test drive, "Exora tak ade power…..naik bukit sekit pun……susah!" (unquote)…..kerana overweight(beratnya ringan sekit dari Innova) tapi enjin 1.6L saje. Kemudian kena pula tanggung 2nd evaporator(cooling unit dengan blower). Air-cond compressornya akan tarik power dari enjin Exora.

So akhirnya….under-power.

Alza–1.5L, tapi beratnya ringan—okay!

Nanti pergi Genting Highland dan kirakan ada berapa buah Exora naik dan berapa buah Alza naik.

go on you all bashing P2.. all of commentators here are mostly from Proton. all of you are just spies from P1. well.. just accept it. that's the fact. i'm not a fan of P2 nor basher of P1. coz, i'm Malaysian who wants to see +ve growth of our nation automotive industry.

but, Paul: does it true that you've been paid for no more giving -ve reviews about P1? as a well-known automotive blogger, you should be honest to all your web visitors especially to all Malaysian.

Personally I have booked an Alza premium with Classic Purple color, RM64,190…………

The air-cond is from Denso.

Its length slightly shorter than Grand Livina, but the wheel base is 2730(similar to Exora, Wish and Innova) compared to 2655 of G. Livina.

Its height is lower than Avanza but with coils spring, this sure will give a comfortable and smooth ride.

this is my opinion, in term of aircond, p1 cars are the best, please, sit in saga blm, turn the aircond knob to no 2, and do the same in myvi, u will know that p1 saga blm aircond is cooler and more power compare to myvi. so, i think even exora has front a/c, i think it is sufficient as aircond in toyota wish/honda stream but of course u need to turn the knob higher compare the h/mline exora due to the absence of rear aircond.

i think peyno xkan malu walupun xda 2nd and 3rd aircond coz honda stream ngan wish pun xdak aircond pun ok gak, xda lak org nak komen, besar gak. tapi kalu ada kat exora l-line ni, bagus gak. tapi kalu xdapun, bukan masalah besar coz byk owner exora cakap acond exora sejuk ngat sampai terpaksa tutup aircond belakang coz terlalu sejuk. jadi xdala masalahpun.

pelik2 org malaysia ni, menda yg x spatut jadi issue pun nak jadikan issue. xpalah,hak masing2

GOA – Global Outstanding Assessment

this is the crash-safety body frame structure that practice by toyota and all their subsidiary such daihatsu
basically is the same evaluation with ncap but its specific only for toyota's while ncap is for europe's vehicle.both are equivalent and meets world safety crash test regulation

why p2 mpv not send for ncap?
due to the costing, its better to send to toyota for the crash safety rather than to europe.its free isn't?
proton must send to europe because no local company can verify the test.
besides, exora is tend to import for europe market (i guess), so ncap is a must

do they test on the real p2 mpv?i mean not just take boon luminas crash test?
of cause lorr..jpj requirement is very strict..so many regulation ie brakes, body crash and tire..the test must be done on the real car which request for legally drove on malaysian road..

lets hope that p2 could revealed GOA test result for their upcoming mpv as proton did for exora on ncap..

Hehehe~ kelakar betul si meeVe ni. Aku dikatanye salesman. Dari aku jd salesman baik aku bisnes sendiri je. hahaha~ Kelakar kelakar. Aku just minat kete ni. Tak salah kot aku nak baca review dari paultan kan. Thats why aku slalu lawat diruang ini mengenai this car. Yang ko masuk ruang ni nak dengki mendengki kenapa??? Inilah melayu kan…..Sikit2 dengki.

Duit masing2, aku kalo ada duit lebih aku beli G.Livina. Probnyer aku ada RM70k ke bawah je skrg. Dan sedang mencari kete MpV yg bawah dari harga tu. Yang penting new car dan taknak utang2. But before beli we must survey first. Thats why aku tunggu review dari Paul bout this car.

So, ko jgn ler dengki, aku taulah ko duit byk blh beli imported car. Ok, duit masing2.

-handbrake takde, sure tak selamat…

Sapa beli Alga macam beli Rusa la, entah wujud lagi ke tak Ru.sa tu.. alasan setakat nak muat 7 orang, kancil pun boleh muat 7orang 'miskin'… orang yang nak pakai 7seater ni amik yang besar terus..

p/s: mesti Mee dah risau giler ni kena komen macam2.. apa daa.. client mintak crash test pun tak mampu provide.. kata Sales 1st in malaysia..

apabila ada kentut.. aircond tu akan sedut bau busuk keluar.. camtu kot apa yang kawan aku kat perodua bgtau..

Jika auto, this wagon naik bukit with full passager then aircond automatically very high..so what? the engine will suddenly UNDERPOWER?

My fren at perodua said this Alza come with GOA and Automatic Air-Condition System. What is dat??? I hav no clue wat my fren said. About dat aircond, what can i see from leak pix of dis Alza, there r no automatic, only manual there but myfren said not da controlling but da system of da aircond….I still no clue.

Mybe paul will discuss dis matter on 23.11.09 at 5pm blog.

mr neutral, kete proton pun ada tax, tapi rendah ckit dari kete ckd n cbu. tapi kete perodua punya tax,sama je dengan proton, kan dua2 kete nasional. janganlah cakap p2 punya tax lagi tingi dari proton, kete p2 bukan ckd atau cbu kecuali nautica. sebab tu nautica mahal. harap difahami.
