Lamborghini Sixth Element concept leaked ahead of Paris

This is believed to be Lamborghini’s Sixth Element concept, the car that the company has been teasing about for the past few weeks. It does seem genuine as the vehicle here has the things that were shown in the teaser images, such as the red interior and the wheels.

The concept is believed to be made entirely out of carbon fiber, except for the mechanical bits. Weight is figured at about 999 kilograms and power is rumored to come from a V10 engine which can help propel the concept to the 100km/h mark in 2.5 seconds, up to a top speed of 350km/h.

Why the Sixth Element designation? Apparently the name was inspired by the periodic table of chemical elements, were carbon has an atomic number of six. Official information and images should be coming up real soon, stay tuned!

The more faster it goes, the more drag it encounters.
To overcome the increasing drag, more horsepower is needed.
In this case, Sixth Element light weight wont be able help much on achieving top speed, but rather on improving 0 – 100 km/h acceleration and mid range speed only.

To match veyron’s top speed, this car must at least more than 900 bhp, as veyron needed more than 1000 bhp to get to above 400 km/h

somehow, personally, I thik Lambo ain’t trying out different styling anymore. Non motorheads cannot differentiate between a black gallardo and a black reventon and this car… just looks like a typical mighty, magical, wonderful Lambo, untouchable. But typical.

  • This car’s size looks more like an gallardo replacement haha… anyways 6th element made the car sounds like those bio weapon… it’s sound cool for a car though…

congratulations lambo, hope this car will come to live soon…

I agree with the rest of your points, but Lambo cheaper than Ferrari?? Depends on model I suppose, but just compare 599 and Murcielago…
