Well, Hyundai’s Equus sedan is looking like a very popular choice as a tuner vehicle. If the SEMA bound DUB Edition and Rhys Millen souped-up versions aren’t already enough, then how about a third VIP themed interpretation from Mummbles Marketing, called the Elegant Equus?
Far from being inarticulate or vague, the Mummbles rework features a host of engine, interior, exterior, brake, wheel and suspension modifications, as well as one-of-a-kind audio and video enhancements.
The 450hp vehicle gets a Legacy Innovations full turbo kit, a Nitrous Express kit and a Magnaflow dual-exhaust system, as well as an Air Lift digital air suspension consisting of four extended air springs and struts and a five gallon air tank. The car also gets Wilwood six-pot brakes for both front and rear and 22-inch Work Equip E10 wheels running 245/30 front and 265/30 Falken FK452 rubbers.
External mods include a BASF deep burgundy custom colour, 717 Motoring five piece body kit, LightWurkz head and tail lamps, with no skimping on the carbon fibre treatment – the stuff can be found on the hood, trunk and as overlays for the roof as well as B- and C-pillars.
Inside, the dress-up stuff includes a Southeast Carbonworks hydro-coating interior kit, custom leather interior in gunmental/burgundy, black suede headliner and front/rear door and rear window curtains.
Of course, with boys loving their toys, Mummbles is making sure you don’t have any shortage of that in the Elegant Equus – two Apple iPads, an Apple wireless keyboard, a DVD player and 20-inch monitor are complemented by an Infinity sound system made up of Kappa Series 5.25 and 6.5-inch component drivers, four 12-inch subs, a JBL MS-8 integrated edigital processor, among others.

The color is way out for this type of car.
look a bit like the Sentra on steroids
Wow,the Koreans are coming. They were once a laughing Car company but now they are the rivals to Japanese,GM,and even the Germans.
Looks like this car is one of tuners’ favorites.
Fabulous!
Actually I didn’t think that all the tuners that made tuning on Equus look great. Some of them even looks ugly, the stock Equus is already a sleek car, why still need some “oversmart” tuning?
Too ‘ah beng’ for SEMA
I LIKE THE VIP STYLE AND DUB STYLE …….JAPAN !!!
i wonder when will sime-darby bring in this big bad equus, the smaller genesis, and the much anticipated genesis coupe………
The color, the kit, and rims just screams ah beng! This car only looks good in stock form.
Is this model in US market only….?
Hyundai is slowly creeping up the automobile ladder and there is nothing those Hyundai bashers can do. Ha Ha Ha :)
