short promotional campaign…. why not extend it whole year? i hv 1 car roadtax expire march, another in june…. the one expire in dec, all these dun get to enjoy anything…. doesn’t help at all. the campaign only befits those under july to sept months…. nothing grand, nothing to shout abt cause we can’t decide to change the roadtax expire period.
