Nissan Hi-Cross concept – previewing the new X-Trail?

Nissan has released a teaser image (and video) of its upcoming Hi-Cross concept SUV, which will be making its debut at the Geneva show next week. The vehicle will apparently provide a preview of how the new X-Trail is expected to shape up.

Save the solitary side silhouette shot and teaser video, no other details have been divulged. The video does provide a hint of what the instrument cluster looks like, in rendered form. Expect more on the Hi-Cross when the Swiss show starts.

A timely update. I’m thinking this could potentially be the new X-Trail because they did the same thing with the new Outlander. The concept was almost an exact carbon copy of the production model Outlander.
