The Petronas “Spot the Formula One Grid Ambassador” ground event has concluded as far as the contest part goes – five lucky winners have walked away with two premium fanzone passes each to the TWIN TOWERS @LIVE 2012 concert tomorrow, as well as exclusive Petronas Motorsports merchandise.
All easy squeezy, this one – all one had to do was be at the selected Petronas stations that the ambassadors were set to make an appearance at on the given day, make a fuel purchase of RM30 in a single receipt and snap a photo together with them, and that was it.
While the contest is over, the grid ambassadors are still making their rounds until Sunday, when the Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix is set to take place.
They can be found at two states today, Kedah and Selangor. In Kedah, the ambassadors are currently at the Petronas stations in Kulim Square, Bandar Puteri Jaya, Sungai Lokan, Taman Ria Sg Petani New and Persiaran Sultan Abdul Hamid.
In Selangor, you’ll find them at the Batu 1 Jalan Semenyih Kajang, Sri Kembangan 1 and Lingkaran Karak stations, and they’ll be there until 8 pm.
Tomorrow and Sunday, the ambassadors are set to do their final appearances in KL, and can be found at the stations in Bandar Manjalara, Lot 279 Hulu Klang and Sprint Highway on Saturday, and in the TTDI, Jalan Genting Klang and Lot 59 Jalan Ampang outlets on Sunday, all from 10 am to 8 pm.

LK, the ground event was a nationwide thing – it kicked off in Negeri Sembilan on March 15. Penang had its run yesterday, at Bandar Ayer Itam (Farlim), Jalan Paya Terubung, BKE 2 Butterworth-bound and Sunway BKE stations. Definitely not singled-out. :D
