Naza Kia’s EURO 2012 contest winners return home

So, EURO 2012 is over and Spain is crowned champions once more. For the Malaysians who went there courtesy of Naza Kia, the entire experience was something that they won’t soon forget.

Sometime back, Naza Kia ran a series of contests throughout the country and on Facebook where the winners will get a chance to be in Poland and Ukraine. Flight and accommodation costs were borne by Naza Kia, of course. In total, 16 tickets were won – 12 for the Group B match between Germany and the Netherlands, two tickets to the quarterfinal match between Portugal and Czech Republic and two tickets to the semifinal match between Germany and Italy.

Winner Airul Redzma Mahpor, who watched Portugal defeat the Czech Republic with his son, described the once-in-a-lifetime experience to be electrifying and enjoyable.

Mong Xien Tien, who was present at the match between Germany and the Netherlands, and a supporter of the Oranje, said that the best part was all three goals were scored at his end of the field.

Azlan Awaluddin and Oung Hock Lye both agreed that Kia’s sponsorship of this global event has elevated the Korean brand’s global image.
