turbocharging is about getting more power, not less.. and having a charged intake air will always require intercooler.. no need to go technically detailed on this..

having this tech will definitely require more parts (motor, sensors, etc) and higher cost.. and being an audi.. do anyone cares about price when buying one?

As turbo’s rotate between approx. 85.000rpm and 250.000rpm, the drive amplifier seems to be very interesting as well… ;)
