A couple of quick news items to round off IIMS 2012. The first is about another Daihatsu vehicle, and this one is called the Luxio Quartett. The concept is based on the established Luxio MPV, which began selling in Indonesia three years ago, but where the production version seats seven, the Quartett offers space for exactly what its name implies.
Essentially, the second and third row seats in the 4.16 metre-long vehicle have been replaced with a couple of lounge chair-style leather seats, replete with a large centre console. There’s plenty of legroom for the two rear occupants, naturally. Exterior additions to the one-off Luxio include a bodykit, daytime running lights and upsized alloy wheels.

I don’t like this style for cars, it looks like too much of a box for me. I think that having more leg room for the back seat is great but it sucks you can only fit 4 people in it.
