Test Drive Kia On Tour roadshow heading to Kuantan

Naza Kia Malaysia is bringing its ‘Test Drive Kia On Tour’ roadshow to Kuantan’s East Coast Mall from October 12 to 14. Models available for a test drive this weekend include the Optima K5, Sportage, Sorento, Forte 6-Speed and Rondo EXS.

The roadshow has visited Penang, Johor Bahru and two venues in Petaling Jaya so far this year, with a total of 700 bookings recorded.

Visitors who take a test drive, make a booking or complete a survey at the roadshow will walk away with exclusive merchandise.

There will also be gifts for visitors who take part in a quiz or become a fan on Kia Malaysia’s official Facebook page. In addition, existing Kia owners who make a service appointment at the roadshow will also be given Kia merchandise.

I must say that the current Sportage looks really stylish and good. I love the design.

But, many people say the engine is no good.

      What do you think?

Jasmine, the used car yard fella arms themselves with Toyota Hilux for kimchi owners wanting to trade their cars in. Saves them from telling you the Hailat word

I must say Naza-Kia has improved slightly it’s after sales service. I claimed for a leaking absorber at the Red Cube PJ and they immediately replaced it, no question asked. Keep it up!

obviously kia got class…it is a global brand n recent news kia is in 100 top brands list…what does proton hv? Government protection for its survival? Mismanagement? Wrong investment by buying lotus? Poor quality cars? Obviously u never drive other global brands….

          • Kia got class? That must a joke, right? Btw, both proton and kia sucks with proton’s reliability issue and kia’s sampan handling.

bought myself a 60K car from NazaKia, saved myself 20K by not buying from competitors and a 5 yrs warranty is supposed to be a bonus.

however, over a period of 6 months, 16 problems were logged but the best thing was – they seemed hesitate to own those problems. things like absorbers, tail lamp, disc brakes, DVD player, door weatherstrips and quarter glass panel poor adhesive application.
Not to mention the failure to address wind noise and door rattling noise (all within the first year of owning).

Kia makes better cars nowadays, but the after sales service department and especially their Customer Management Division still have a long way to go.
this is why, their sales record are nothing to be proud of no matter how good the cars are.

to claim that demand is so good (for Optima and Sportage) and theres waiting period as a proof is something that can be orchestrated (manipulated?) easily by the dealers.

“i bought that cheap MPV because I believe cars in Malaysia are highly priced with face value that doesnt exist. i will not fall for buying 150K Honda Stream, its better to spend money on something else.”

i have been watching lessons learnt by other ppl, that was why i bought the cheap Kia instead of 80K Rondo, or 70K Exora (underpowered), 80K avanza (bumpy & underpowered), 85K livina (too cramped) or Cherry Eastar (cheaply executed).

nazakia is full of denial – one reason customer retention is very very low… and same reason ppl refused to buy Kia cars except those who never experience the nightmares.
