Hyundai has released this solitary teaser pic of its HCD-14 concept, which it’ll be bringing to next week’s Detroit motor show. The carmaker says the concept will offer ”a glimpse into future Hyundai premium vehicle design, advanced 3-D gesture-based technology controls, and spirited driving dynamics,” but divulges nothing else.
With such demure, yet provocative body lines, how could we just leave it at that? Reports say the HCD-14 could possibly hint at the next-gen Hyundai Genesis‘ styling. If this is substantiated, then by the looks of it, the Audi A7, BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe and Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class are going to have a new competitor.
The HCD-14 is so named because it’s Hyundai’s California Design studio‘s 14th product, according to Auto Express. More specifics when the wraps officially come off, so stay tuned!
