Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale – seats four now

Geneva will see the debut of the new four seater Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale. The regular GranTurismo seats four, but the current MC Stradale makes do with just two seats for less weight. So yes, after making a U-turn, Maserati has come up with something new.

This sexy Maser sports a new carbon fibre bonnet which frames a central air intake and two rear extractors. There are also new forged 20-inch alloys and an interior design featuring “new materials and style.”

The GranTurismo MC Stradale is powered by a 4.7 litre V8 with 460 hp. This engine made its debut in the GranTurismo Sport (recently launched in Malaysia) and is now fitted to the entire 4.7 litre GranTurismo range.

The V8 is paired with the MC Race Shift six-speed robotised manual gearbox here – those who want smoother progress should go for the GranTurismo Sport, which combines MC Stradale looks with a six-speed ZF six-speed automatic. This car also ships with Brembo carbon ceramic brakes.
