If the road to launch the iPad version was long, then producing the Android version was a return trip to Mars. Better late than never, as they say. So instead of having a long, drawn out post about the magazine, let us make this easy for you, click here to download Driven+ Magazine April 2013 Issue #1 for your Android-powered tablet from Google Play now.
If for some reason that you’re still here, then let us continue. There are some differences between the two platforms, which really comes down to how you interact with the magazine and the viewing area due to the difference in screen sizes. We’ve done our best to hammer out the kinks within the deadline but a few would have bound to slip our fingers. If you spot any, please do let us know.
In Issue #1, we covered the Ford Focus ST, the Mini Cooper S Coupé, the Porsche Cayenne S Diesel and Porsche 911 Carrera 4. Inside, you’ll also find reviews of the Volkswagen CC, the BMW X1 sDrive20i, the Honda Jazz Hybrid and Ford Focus Titanium Plus.
If you don’t already know, we’ve also quietly released our previous Issue #0 into the wild. In our very first issue of our interactive magazine, we wrote about the new Porsche 911 Carrera S, the Porsche Panamera Hybrid Audi A8 L, the Range Rover Evoque and more. Get that issue if you haven’t already.
So download and tell us your thoughts. Please send constructive criticisms and plenty of praises to [email protected]. Best letter of the month may receive a gift.
Thank you, and enjoy.

Only for tablet resolutions at the moment? Wanted to download it on my Xperia Z but seems greyed out the option to select for download?
Hang tight. We’re working on the iPhone and Android phone versions. No release date yet but we hope it’ll be sooner rather than later.

As a fan of Paul Tan, I don’t have the honour to read the Driven+. I am using BlackBerry. Sucks to be me.

Paul, glad that you finally release a version for Android. But there’s a few major problem that you should recall….. or maybe update in terms of IT, your apps. I’ve encountered a few major problem while using it on my Nexus 7.
1st. My apps keeps locked at landscape mode, e-Mag usually released in portrait mode but I can’t turn it to portrait.
2nd. When I touch the back-button on my Tablet, I brought me back to my Home-Screen. The back-button on Android supposed to bring us back to the main page.
3rd. The text is too large for some small column. I have to keep swiping left to right to read a sentence.
4th. This is quite serious. I can’t delete the issue after I finished them. It’s quite annoying as my Tablet is currently running out of space.
5th. When ever I quit to my home screen, it keep showing me that the apps has crashed.
I hope you guys can handle this problem as it is a very interesting apps, the UI is clean and easy to navigate. It packed with a lot of cool features too. Keep up guys! Support Driven+.
