We’ve just released the latest Driven+ Magazine Issue #2 for iPad and Android tablets. Yes, it is a simultaneous release and available now in Newsstand and Google Play. And before calls for smartphone versions come out, be informed we’re still working on the layout – they are whole new beasts to tame. We pray for your patience.
What’s in Issue #2, you ask? We have a few stories that involves the letter B, such as Boxster, Beetle, BMW and Bangkok. See, plenty of Bs to go around. In the other section, the Mazda CX-5, BMW 320i, Honda Civic 2.0 and the Nissan Elgrand put their heads on the review block. Are any of them any good?
Also, Danny and I go head-to-head in the Ford Mondeo and the Peugeot 508 GT. One oozes of luxury, while the other grunts with more power. But in the end, which one is the better car? It may not be the one you think.
Lastly, do send us your emails and tell us what you think and how we can improve the interactive magazine. Or, share with us your thoughts on specific cars or the motoring scene in general. We love reading your emails. Send them to [email protected].
Thanks. See you next month.

Will there be PDF versions in the near future for those who don’t have an apple product or Android phones?
As i dun have tablet…. still waiting for android phone version coming… :””(
Got it thanks….keep up the good work!
sorry for nitpicking but the mondeo is not an american….
I’m sad I can’t read this on my Galaxy S2 :(
Smart people use iphone.
You can’t say to yourself smart because you can’t differentiate iphone and iPhone.
No difference because driven plus doesn’t seem to be available for iPhone either
Yours truly,
Grandma police
Differentiate BETWEEN….., you need to realize that you can not direct translate from Hokkien to English.
Clever people use Nokia Lumia ;)
Clever indeed…that u can’t have this awesome mag to be read on your phone.
Desktop is the best!
Finally managed to download this mag. Pretty good job but if you could consider this ‘face lift’
Standardize the scrolling feature when it comes to text. The type used to feature eg the Golf 7 was easy to use and read on an iPad.

Tried with a Galaxy Note 10.1, but cannot download. When i touch download it fails :(
the app are awesome, but issues are too big, >400mb per issue, try shrink it down more :)
The normal android and ipad issue size is only 250mb.
Retina ipad issue size is 500mb, but that’s expected. All content for retina ipad everywhere is double in size because of Retina resolution content.
I have issues trying to download the past 2 versions. It just said the internet connection failed. I was happily surfing without problems. Just that it can’t connect to you guys’ server. Something wrong there?
Why don’t you guys make a PDF version of it?
I downloaded issue #0, 1 and 2. I have no problem open 0 and 1. But I can’t open issue 2. It keep opening but can’t open. I m using iPad with iOS 5.11
Haha I was there when they were having photoshoot on these cars. Just right beside Monash University ;)
