Unveiled in Geneva this year, the Rolls-Royce Wraith is the company’s fastest and most powerful motor car to date. With no less than 624 hp and 800 Nm of twist from its 6.6 litre twin-turbo V12, the Ghost-based fastback coupe can do 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.
In this dramatic video, sharply-suited product manager Philip Harnett takes the €245k (RM1.03 million) vehicle for a quick (in more ways than one) spin around some leafy B-roads, describing its performance, presence and luxury.
He also talks about the Wraith‘s Satellite Aided Transmission (SAT), a system that ‘sees’ the road ahead and selects the appropriate gear in active anticipation of corners, motorway junctions and roundabouts.

So what? 99.9999% population in this world will never even get to see it not to mention riding in it. Can’t even dream of owning it!
It’s less of a transportation appliance but more of a trophy. To get it, you have to accomplish something in life to achieve it instead of sitting here whining of things we can’t own like you and me here. How you accomplish it that’s a different question.
Perfectly agreed. Dont have to be bitter about it.
Better yourself, give yourself higher goals. Aim for the sky, and even if you dont get to the Wraith.
Maybe a M5 will do :)
Now this.. this is a automobile. Yes, many people don’t get to drive it, some will never see it. But then again, many people have never been to the moon, many people haven’t peaked on Everest, many people haven’t touched the depths of the Mariana, nevertheless, this is the ultimate automobile, the finest expression of a car made by humans.
If the aliens show up one day and assess our progress in evolution, this car will show how we have adapted to transport ourselves from point A to B, by just sitting down.. :D
It’s really about a piece of a rolling fine art. Fine art is not for everyone’s taste. Therefore, not everyone will appreciate this article. It’s not about affordability, or the thought of driving it one day. Fine art is about arousing the right brain once in a while and get some pleasure out of it. Thanks Paultan and team. This is cool.
