We’ve already seen the facelifted W212 E200 CGI in JPJ Putrajaya’s indoor car park last week thanks to reader Anol Alias, but today the car’s more powerful E250 CGI sibling was snapped in the outdoors within the area by reader CY Tan.
This particular car has a grey exterior which is nice as it brings out different details of the car compared to the E200 CGI’s white paint. The darker paint allows the chrome bits around the exterior and inside the headlamps to stand out more, giving the W212 facelift more presence.

It’s pretty convenient that this facelifted W212 just so happens to be parked in front of a pre-facelift car in the rear three quarter photo so you can do a quick comparison. There’s significantly more detailing on the rear end of the facelift car – look at all that chrome around the exhaust and lower bumper area and the redesigned tail lamp graphics.
Other than the panoramic glass roof found on this E250 CGI that was absent on the E200, that exteriors are pretty much similiar as far as we can tell, which leads us to believe the E200 can now be had in the more upmarket Avantgarde trim instead of Elegance.

Not in front, but at the back of pre facelifted. Different in term of the location of reverse indicator, one at the middle, one at the bottom.

Replace the big star grill, fit in a star hood ornament. Classic modern gentlecar.
From the back, looks like a previous facelifted camry..

What u have seen was a CLS AMG sportbreak. OMG.. Cant wait for that to be launched too. Honestly i cant afford the AMG. but CLS 350 Sportbreak maybe ok.

doesn’t look bad, but i prefer the prefacelift model with its more angular design, especially the coupe. however after few months, the new facelift will probably make the prefacelift outdated!
