Audi UK has added the Style Edition to its ‘A1 Editions‘ range. Sitting between the regular S line and Black Edition models, the Audi A1 S line Style Edition features metallic or pearl-effect paint finishes in a choice of Ice Silver, Phantom Black, Misano Red or Glacier White hues.

Three-door versions get a gloss black roof line; five-door Sportback versions get a fully gloss black contrasting roof. Both get gloss black door mirror housings. And as if there wasn’t enough black, an additional black styling package can be ordered to bring a gloss finish for the front grille surround and a matt black finish for the grille, fog lamp surrounds and number plate holder.

Xenon headlamps and LED DRLs light the way ahead, and 17-inch two-tone ‘five-V spoke’ alloys take the place of the standard S line ‘five-twin spoke’ jobs. A two-tone ‘five-arm’ design is also available, at no extra cost.

Inside the Audi A1 S line Style Edition, the sleeves for the propeller-style air vents are finished in either Misano Red or Glacier White when these exterior colours are chosen, or in gloss black when the Ice Silver and Phantom Black exterior colours are chosen.

S line equipment such as the sports seats, three-spoke sports steering wheel and a Concert CD audio system with SD card reader and 6.5-inch retractable screen remain.

The Style Edition can be specified on the 86 PS 1.2 TFSI-, 122 PS 1.4 TFSI- and 105 PS 1.6 TDI-engined Audi A1s (including Sportback models). All feature start-stop and regenerative braking systems.
