Taglines and catchphrases for the fourth-gen Honda CR-V seem to revolve around making things ‘possible’. “Love makes all things possible” here in Malaysia, and in Europe, an interesting ad has been released for the Earth Dreams 1.6 i-DTEC-engined variant, called “An Impossible, Made Possible”.
We’re sure you’ve seen street and wall art of this nature, or perhaps are even acquainted with Dutch artist M. C. Escher’s mind-blowing work. But things get even trippier when you bring a moving motor vehicle, a false floor, a near-crash with some bollards and a coffee table into the picture.
Up for some mind games? Just hit Play… if that right-facing triangle is indeed Play.
Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
mindblown. Honda should retain this agency for their ads.
Great stuff!!! First the Honda “Hands” and now this ad
Much better than Suprima’s boring “Just the 2 of us” ad. No wonder proton’s sales keep decreasing.
great ad, to make this ad is a hard working and creative team, also costly.
Pure artistic! there must be a LOT of study and a LOT of work prior to this ads.
One of the TVC I’ve ever seen.
Shot in Spain? Reminds me of that TG episode from the last season…
Anyway, great ad. Very creative, well executed, and giving all those hints at how it was made (so the audience will want to watch again and again to figure it out).
put so much effort on creative on ad.
Please take time and think how to upgrade your car and serve ppl better!
Knowing that they are buying an old technology car with no soul. Well, ‘Love makes all things possible’. Isn’t it true?
please read. New earth dreams 1.6 i-dtec engine. and i would say CR-V serve well to the market it is intended to.
Honda is only old tech in Malaysia. Elsewhere they sell modern cars.
Yes, I m referring to Malaysian market as we are using the same ‘Love makes all things possible’.
Hello Impossible ????????
Nice advertisement from Honda. I bet they spend worth of $$$ to do such impossible way to promote Honda crv. Good job!
MALAYSIAN ads really super boring compared to foreign ads, and worse is many companies pay tons of money for these “creative” agencies..
bob please don’t speak without knowing what you’re talking about. Most of the time the “super boring” Malaysian ads are the result of clients/brands themselves being unable or unwilling to listen to their ad agencies… resulting in ads that are watered down and predictable.
reminds me of thier “cog” commercial a few years ago. the attention to detail and persistance is remarkable. they had to do several hundred takes and resets.
too bad our locally assembled hondas seems to miss out of that OCD levels of attention to detail.
