Mitsubishi opens new 3S centre along Jalan Cheras

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) and authorised dealer Wegro Sdn Bhd recently celebrated the official opening of a new Mitsubishi Motors 3S centre in Cheras, KL. The new outlet is located at Lot PT 4523 (D), Batu 4 ½, Jalan Cheras.

With a built-up area of 37,300 sq ft, the RM8 million 3S centre houses a fully-equipped workshop with parts storage area, a premier customer lounge with WiFi and free car wash service for all Mitsubishi customers. It has 13 service bays and can service up to up to 30 cars a day.

The Mitsubishi network in Malaysia consists of 58 showrooms, out of which 41 are 3S centres, and 50 service outlets. MMM plans to open two more new showrooms before its financial year ends in April 2014.       Mitsubishi better close in Malaysia. Nobody buys Mitsubishi cars anymore. Even Proton threw them into the tong sampah. Trashy Mitsubishi.

    Went there for my ASX 20k service. Normally went for Chan Sow Lin but Wegro 3S service center is so much nearer to my home. Service there is good, nothing much to complain about …. maybe the procedure to register servicing is a bit long but I guess they need time to adapt to the new system.

    As for why they changed it from Honda to Mitsubishi, I believe it has something to do with the terms and conditions between the franchise

    Same bunch of ppl.
    Be careful folks if you send your car for service there. I used to send my Civic there for regular service.

    Incident 1# – the oil cap was not fastened properly, it came off when I was driving to SG. Complained to the service manager but does not want to take responsibility. Worse of all, they were not responsive and he was quite arrogant in suspecting that I tempered with the Oil-cap!!! (Why would I want to do that?)

    Incident 2# – forgot to take out over RM200 plus from the ash-tray. When collecting the car, they we kind enough to tell me that they safe-kept the money for me in a small plastic bag. When I got the small plastic bag back, there were only a few one-ringgit notes left in it.

    Incident 3# – I was advised to have the aircon serviced even though there it was working fine. After the service, I have this foul smell from the aircon every morning for quite sometime. Smelt like some really bad body odour and had to get nano-mist from CARS to get the odour away.

    Hope this will help you to be more careful when sending your car there for service.

    I own a mitsubishi car, already 2 years, but the service centre at kota damansara suckk, long time to queue, only one person do the registration, and they dont have the alignment and balancing machine…ahh some more no car wash…

      All japanese car owner always like this..Too many complain..If u want the best service, go buy yoursef a BMW..I’ve never had any problem servicing my car @Autobavaria before this, the service like 5 star hotel one..The bigger amount you pay, sure the service is better..

        Totally bias and not true. I have been servicing my Toyota at Toyota 3S service center for years and have no single negative comment on it.

    Abg kuat…as far as I know…mitsubishi service centre at kota damansara got the services that u claim do not provided …car wash, alignment and etc….they got 2 SA and they provide good services ad well. I have been sending there since they started their business operation….

    abg kuat, im one of the regular customer of Eon Automart Kota Damansara and like abg lagi kuat, im also servicing my LGT since they started their business. None u claimed is correct except the balancing & alignment. Bear in mind that there are a lot of workshop that providing servicing without having balancing & alignment, so go each workshop u find and make noise there ask for alignment & balancing machine..

        i went there for major service(40,000km) last week. even it was my 1st time there(kota damansara) for service, i really satisfied with the service especially their front line. they recommend me to do alignment. now, my problem steering not align solved. for me, they have a perfect service package including alignment & balancing and carwash(free). i would highly recommend this service centre to my freind (mitsubishi owner).

        abg kuat…orang tak akan sembang kencang kalau fakta yang dikeluarkan itu adalah betul…apa yang abg kuat cakap tu mmg tak betul…rasanya ni kes mesti tak buat appoitment lepas tu nak kasi panas keadaan. Kalau nak keluar statement yang tak berasas mmg laa kena hentam balik…next time kalau nak keluar any statement yang realitinya tak tepat fikir2 dan renung2lah dulu…saya minta maaf kalau bahasa saya ini keterlaluan tapi apa2 pun fakta yang abg kuat cakap tu tak betul…kami dah lama hantar dekat situ dibandingkan tempat lain aku rasa lagi teruk queue nak kena tunggu….harap maklum

  • As a matter of principal, I will never buy a Mitsubishi vehicle due to their hideous war crimes on most asian humanity during WW2.
