Ford expands Big Deal, offers discounted servicing

DSC_2366

Ford has expanded its Big Deal promotion in conjunction with the year-end school holidays and festive period. From now till January 31, 2014, all Ford customers can enjoy a free 27-point car health check and basic air-con check.

Ford is also offering 20% discounts on ‘The Works’ car service package covering all lubricants and fluids from Motorcraft, oil filters and labour charges on lube service packages. These special offers are applicable to the Ford Escape, Everest, Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, Ranger and S-Max models without Ford’s Extended Service Plan. ESP only applies to passenger vehicles purchased after September 2012.

Customers only need to print out an e-voucher from www.fordconsumer.com and present it at any authorised Ford service centres to redeem the offer.

The previously announced Ford Big Deal sales promotion continues. Ford Focus Sport+ and Titanium+ buyers get an attractive interest rate of just 1.38% per annum. For Peninsular Malaysia, the interest rate is quoted based on 85% financing for five years, while for East Malaysia, it’s 80% for five years. That’s for the Focus; Kuga SUV buyers get free shopping vouchers. This promo runs until December 31, 2013.

    • If Ford really serious about a Big Deal, they should offer a night with Maya Karin for every Focus you buy.

I know of a 2011 Focus owner that has to change engine mountings after 45,000kms – this is the only Ford owner i know, not generic

Seems like the durability is round about that of a Proton

The 1.38% sounds so good until they tell you the downpament must be at least 15% and repayment period is to be 5 years :-(

But, even for 1.88% per annum for downpayment of 10% and maximum repayment period of 9 years, seems good to me as well.

VW should copycat the shopping voucher too since their dsg failure is higher rate.

Err Mr Dubur, Ford breakdowns more often than VW’s and Toyota’s. So I think you should know what the people here mean.
