Naza Quest opens Chevrolet Butterworth 3S centre

Chevrolet Butterworth

Earlier this month, Naza Quest opened its second Chevrolet dealership in Penang. The new Chevrolet Butterworth 3S centre – operated by Ooi Ting Chong Holdings – is located in Butterworth, and its introduction takes the number of Chevy dealerships in the country to 27.

The 5,000 sq ft facility – located in Jalan Bagan Jermal, Taman Bintang – features a showroom, spare parts section and a four-bay service facility. Models showcased at the outlet include the Sonic, Orlando MPV and the recently-launched updated Colorado Muscle Edition.

I drive a Naza Citra. Not bad ,after 5 years the car is still good except fuel consumption is slightly on the high side.
However, the after sales service is extremely poor at the service centres.Compared to UMW Toyota, they are miles apart.
Naza has a bunch of top salesmen but poor aftersales service providers.
