Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) will be setting up six 3S centres this year. This means that Hyundai will have a total of 29 3S centres nationwide by end-2014, with the capacity to service 23,000 vehicles a month.
The six new 3S centres are located in the central region (Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Cheras, Jalan Ampang), northern region (Sungai Petani), East Coast (Kuantan) and East Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu).
In the last four years, HSDM and its dealers have invested RM146 million to set up 3S centres. “Apart from expanding our network of 3S centres, we are also constantly upgrading our existing 3S centres to be more customer-friendly and appealing for a memorable ownership experience,” said Lau Yit Mun, MD of HSDM.
HSDM will also be introducing enhanced after-sales programmes and activities. These will include service on Sundays and labour free service on Wednesdays at selected service centres. In addition, complimentary services such as a 20-point inspection, G-Scan Digital Vehicle Health Screening and car wash will be offered at all service centres.
