The Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge prototype made its first public driving debut at the Goodwood Hill this month, in front of 50,000 car fans who attended this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. Check it out in action in the video above, with Sébastien Buemi and Christian Horner taking turns behind the wheel.
Under the Q50 Eau Rouge’s hood is a 3.8 litre twin-turbo V6 engine similiar to the one in the Nissan GT-R, producing 568 PS and 600 Nm of torque. These horsepower figures beat anything currently in the segment, with the BMW M3 doing just 431 hp/550 Nm and the W204 Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Edition 507 doing 507 horses and 610 Nm. As you can see, the AMG-powered C-Class tops the Q50 Eau Rouge’s engine’s torque output by just 10 Nm, thanks to its sheer displacement of 6.2 litres.
Of course, the Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge is just a prototype so far, one that can do the 100 km/h sprint in under four seconds. Will an eventual production model have the same power output figures?

OMG godzilla in gentler skin detected !!!!!
lots of improvement, from exterior to interior. beautiful. i wouldn’t regret going back from european car to this japanese inifiti
Always stick to Japanese car for me. Currently the Lexus has not much issue to deal with for the past 3 years. Although European maker have better omph, but I kinda worry on the replacement parts as always complaint by my friends. Infinity should be giving u same peace of mind.
Aside from this driving in a Infinity should be boring for Sebastian, yet he give a thumb up for his pocket money.
The steering wheel wrap just like my corduroy pants.
can’t wait to see production version
Can’t wait Infiniti Malaysia to reveal the price, I am hoping it to be somewhere around 220k-230k. Since Q70 is around 320k.
